These actually work pretty well! I am in my 40s and during certain times in my cycle, I get a few breakouts, notably on my chin and I had three at the same time, one was larger while the other two were very small. It was helpful to have different size tabs. I applied as per the instructions and the following morning two of three had improved significantly, with some of the pus releasing on its own. It took me two tries, but it worked to help pull it up and turned white and make it easy to drain manually. It now seems to have shrunk to about a quarter of its original size and is healing fast now.My biggest issue is that these do not come off of the sheet well, no matter how many methods I have tried. They stick to the sheet so well that there will be a bit of a lip that you had to pull up on that doesn't lay flat on your skin (at least for me).I had no issues with these coming off of my face, even after sleep, and I do not move around a lot in sleep, either.They are pretty thick, but they feel nice on the face and aren't heavy. You forget that you have them on because after about 10 to 15 minutes, it does not feel like anything is there.The thickness would not be something I would wear under makeup; these are better suited for an evening or weekend face care routine.The price is really great3.5 Stars rounded up.

These guys stay on and your blemish is much smaller in the morning! They have different size patches and that’s always a plus. Great for anyone who struggles with breakouts and not expensive. This product is NOT medicated acne patches. It says very clearly on the back that they don't have medication but the listing states salicylic acid. So the listing is not true.

They are hydrocolloid and suck out the white gunk in blemishes. They stick nicely and come in two different sizes. I think they work better overnight although I will wear them anytime depending on if and when I need them. Great quantity of patches in this package also. WIN!

My kids and I tested these out against our regular (name brand and more expensive) pimple patches, and we couldn't tell a difference in terms of appearance or efficacy. They stayed on all night and did what they were supposed to do. I love that it comes with so many patches, because we go through smaller quantities very quickly. I'll definitely buy these.
