Love our new ice packs! We take them with us to all the kids sports games. They’ve become so popular we are ordering more for the team, especially with the hot summer tournaments coming up. They wipe clean very easily and they are kind to sensitive skin. Our old ice packs would drip or would require a paper towel so as not to burn the skin. These are so easy the kids can grab them from the freezer without needing any help. We received our order quickly. The packaging was really nice and they are compact enough to not take a lot of space from the freezer. I like the outer packaging - it’s very hygienic to store. Plan to purchase more!

I like that these have an option for a two-pack, so you can have one hot and one cold at any given time. They retain whichever temperature for quite some time, though I found it didn't get as hot as I expected the first time I microwaved it. The instructions say to microwave for 40 seconds, so I used the quick 30 second button on my microwave and it was just lukewarm. I put it back in for 15 extra seconds and it was better, but still not as warm as hot packs I've used previously. The real benefit of this one, I find, is how long the heat remains.The nylon coating on one side is very comfortable and soft against the skin, which I find to be another great positive of this product compared to other hot packs that are just bare plastic against the skin. The pack that I put in the freezer remained very soft to the touch and the pack was very flexible even when chilled. The cold lasts longer than the recommended usage time, so it is easy to use off and on without having to get up to refreeze it every time.My biggest complaint is the smell. Even before taking it out of the packaging, I could smell the gel. I left them out overnight in the bathroom to try to air out, but even after that the smell is very strong. The storage bags included also mention being "odor control" bags in the manual provided, so I have a feeling the smell will linger for quite some time. The storage bags are nice and the mats roll up easily to slide in.

I have used products similar to this, and when they’re heated they usually lose temp in the first 10 minutes before you would want to reheat them this one stayed at a comfortable temp for over an hour! I would absolutely use for camping

I purchased the large Sherpa therapy gel for a knee issue I have after 18 holes of golf. I find the gel pack soothing and soft to the touch. The Sherpa product works well is a reasonable price and has that carry bag for storage and trips to my out state golf courses. I'm extremely satisfied with the product and will try some new Sherpa products on Amazon now in distribution. Overall great product looks and feels good and works well on my body. I highly recommend to friends and family.

The media could not be loaded.  I purchased these hot/cold packs for myself and my young family of four. We each have unique needs for them. Ever since having kids I’ve struggled to find the right ice pack that everyone in the house can use. So many out there are made with dangerous water beads, are too bulky and hard or don’t offer hot AND cold therapy.I could not be happier with my purchase. These are so compact when stored. Both the plush and nylon side are super soft. My kids love them. I ordered the classic medium but will be ordering the classic XL after reading someone mention it’s like a small weighted blanket.I saw a review mention a “strong odor” but I didn’t have that issue.I highly recommend this pack for any active family or person with tension, aches or pain.

This is a hot-or-cold gel pack that you can prep for either hot or cold therapy. Prep is very simple... for cold, place in freezer for a couple of hours and apply the nylon side to the area needing cold therapy. For hot, either boil water or (as I did) microwave for 45 seconds, mix and knead the gel around for a little bit, then microwave on the other side 30 seconds. Place the soft side on the area needing heat therapy.I often have lower back pain, and the medium size looked about right for placing against and covering my lower back while sitting on the couch with a pillow behind my back to keep it in place. That works pretty well and the heat did provide pain relief. Helpful heat lasted 15-20 minutes, and it stayed warm a little while longer. The medium size took up most of the bottom of my microwave oven, so I'm happy with getting the medium instead of the next size up.This came in a two-pack, and there are storage bags for each pad as well as a set of instructions with recommended usage.The only two things to watch for was the smell of the nylon, which will hopefully dissipate over time, and the fact the nylon side is quite hot after being prepped in the microwave for heat. You use the soft side against your body for "heat mode", so no issues there, the other side just might be hot for a little bit so you won't want any of the pad folded over to put any of the nylon side against your skin.Welcome pain relief in an easy-to-prep package, very nice!

The material and quality for the ice pack was far above expectations. As an avid golfer, I have cycled through many reusable ice packs and so far, this gel pack has been unmatched. The felt side of the pack allows for the perfect temperature and the flexibility of the product allows for versatile use. Highly recommend this pack.
