So far, we've been using this for a few months to improve service of our devices on the Verizon network. It's working out really well, no issues! Setup is relatively easy, but I've been working with radio (commercial, ham, GMRS) for years -- but the instructions did a great job explaining what needed to happen. Great option if you're on the fringe areas of service!

Product arrived on time and had everything. Waited for a camping trip and installed per directions. No boost signal, thought maybe the service was that bad so waited a couple weeks for a different area… same result, tested it with three different phones from three different carriers and not a single increase in signal. Sorry, but it just doesn’t work. Do not recommend

I installed it for my house in the countryside. Once installed, it works great and has 3 to 4 bars all the time. I can even play Facebook and YouTube 100% recommended.

For the price (about $110) the booster did a good job consistently raising my phone from 1 bar to 2bars. I mounted the antenna just above the height of the RV exterior wall. On my very first trip around my neighborhood, some miner twigs over over the road wiped out the antenna at 25mph. The base is very flimsy 1/32"? thin plastic with two very small screws (3mm? diameter) to hold it to the metal bracket. As others have commented it not robust enough for an exterior antenna. Do not mount this antenna with out a robust guard around it.
