There are a lot of good things about this product and some challenges.The challenges are:You can only have one mode on at a time so all 4 units must be set to either cold or hot, you can't have one room heating while another cools.Also the unit is not the best for air conditioning by itself. It can blow cool air, but not really cold air.Overall it is very functional. I had it installed at my fire department and there were a few challenges during install, but it works great for the dormitory rooms that it services. It allows each room to be kept at an individual temperature as long as they are all wanting either heat or cool.

Only took our licensed installer 3 days to install all 8 units in our 2 story house. 2 months in so far and they work really well. I thought they would be really noticeable but they are very quiet and you don't even notice them when entering a room. I love the ability to control each room's temperature separately. So glad we went with these. Had to replace our hvac after it caused black mold from leaking. Very happy with this system.

So after buying this unit thinking I could install it myself I found an Hvac company to install it for $5k. Wish I could but can’t return it now :/

I was not happy about the fact that the manufacturer says they will not warranty it if not installed by a licensed contractor. If they feel that way they should not sell them online to end users. I am a life long HVAC/R tech and have no problem doing the install. Now I have defrost trouble and tech support sucks. Do not buy from them. Buyers beware.

It is very good works very good. The affections very high.I just installed.

This is a great unit for the people that can not or do not want ductwork throughout their home. Easy to install and does a good job. the only real problem we have had is moisture coming through the units, HVAC guy said it was due to improper draining, I do not know if that is the case. one of the head units were just shut off for a few days while the others ran, when we turned it back on the water came out of the head unit and spray in the room. This has happened twice, that is why overall it got only four stars from me.

If it’s extremely cold below 20 the units blow out cool air. In more normal temps around 30 and above the units tend to work better.
