If there’s one supplement I can’t go without, it’s Cordyceps! Hands down in my 40+ personal years of supplementing my diet and exercise, Cordyceps is the number 1. I used it for my marathon, and i use it for my daily activities. It’s great in the gym too when every ounce of oxygen in your body is needed to finish a tough workout.

My cats love the taste and mixes easily with wet food or Churu treats. Protects and supports the kidney function not only in older cats but can be used as preventative. Increases energy levels. Only 1/8 to 1/4 tsp once or twice a day. Pure mushroom extract with no grain/carbohydrate fillers. You get what you pay for.

I won't drop the name here, but another brandnoffering powder cordyceps seems much more effective. I bought this waiting for my subscription to arrive for the other brand.The taste is noticeably weaker than the other brand, which maybjust be level of processing or differences in pre-processed ingredients. As I actually enjoy the taste of mushroom tea, this was a disappointment for me.I have mostly become acclimated to the effects of cordyceps, but this still seems to lack the hit of the other brand.Not bad, would probably have beeb a good starter considering how sensitive I was to cordyceps in the beginning. But now that I tolerate it well, it won't be one I regularly use.One note, it does dissolve MUCH better than the other brand. I can simply add water and it dissolves, unlike needing to stir my preferred brand.

Definitely makes a difference in my bodies abilities athletically. I don’t get tired or winded running, my lactic acid production is totally excreted without making my muscles ever feel it, if that makes sense lol. I work as an order selector and am a smoker and I can literally sing and dance my entire shift while selecting and keeping high energy and usually making top rate with people half my age, every day. I take Tremella, Turkey Tail, Reishi, Chaga, and Lions Mane daily, as well as Seed Symbiotic, and a slew of organ supplements, fish eggs, and colostrum from Ancestral. I spend a small fortune on them but I consider them whole food sources and pretend I’m Judy Jetson and I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been!

Taking the suppliment for second week and it is awesome . Constant tiredness GONE! Full of energy , haven't feel this good for awhile!

After a month of use very well felt the result .

After reading many of the good reviews for this product I decided to try it.I tried a different cordyceps more than 20 years ago, and it gave me too much adrenal surge.But some of the reviews on this product included benefits like better sleep.The first day I tried the recommended amount (once in the morning) and got to sleep with no problem, BUT... after about 3 hours I was wide awake for about 4 hours before I could get to sleep again.The same thing happened on days 2 and 3.I came to the conclusion that it must have caused a cortisol surge. Cortisol will help you wake up in the morning, but if it comes too soon, it may interfere with sleep.The gentle energy boost was good, but the interruption of sleep was not.I even tried putting it in a capsule and taking just one about a week later. Since I had found a product to help block cortisol it wasn't as bad, (though the dosage was much lower). But it still caused problems, so I decided this product is not for me.I also noticed having strange dreams.So if you try this just beware that it may cause some people to have difficulty sleeping.
