In some ways, you could say, "it's all the same". But not in this case. The quality was excellent in the construction and durability of the item. I would definitely order more items from this company. Pleasantly surprised how it beat out 2 other similar items I ordered from other brands.

These things are perfect for a range bag IFAK, car First aid/emergency kit, Heck you can even run these as an IFAK on a plat carrier. The material is ridgid and sturdy, all in all its great I wouldnt hesitate to recommend these to anyone in need of a good first aid pouch. The velcro is sturdy, i love the rip away aspect.

Great bag overall. Very versatile with a lot of mounting (MOLLE) options. It has a bunch of extra straps allowing you to secure it closed without using the zipper or -really- close it up even when it's mounted up on your gear. It's very spacious for such a small bag and expands to hold a ton of stuff with loads of pockets. Some pockets are open top while others velcro closed and a couple areas are zippered on a little flip-out section. Zippers are all good quality and it comes with a small collection of useful MOLLE clips and straps I will probably use elsewhere. Only downside to the bag is that inside there are several elastic bands sewn to the pockets segmented into 'sections' (so you can slide commonly-used items into them for easy access), the problem is that the attachment of the elastic to the panels is not very strong and it didn't take much pressure at all to rip out the segmentation attachment points, resulting in some much larger strappy areas than I would have liked. So my advise is not to tax those straps very much, they aren't exactly heavy-duty. Otherwise, the bag has a nice fit and finish and will be great to fill with first-aid supplies for my go bag.
