I like this product. It works well. Between adding a protein shake, creatine, and this, it’s a game changer in muscle performance.

Two small tablets daily for a big benefit.This shipped quickly in a well padded envelope.Dosagfe is simple, and the tablets are smaller than most. They also have no unusual flavor or smell.While using this I notice I recover from my workout quicker and with less aches and pains that I usually have.I would certainly recommend trying these after consulting with your doctor first.

Very expensive

I've taken urolithin a before for only 4 months till i got discouraged and stopped, and it wasn't till much later that i learned that the possible results you get from this was extremely subtle. While not feeling anything at all, it has been quietly doing wonders with improving my energy levels and muscle recovery. So now that I'm way more informed on its more probable abilities for the body, I decided to give it another try. The dosage is quite good at 700 mg per serving, I took 500 mg before and had no unpleasant side effects. However, I will note that the slight increase personally made a difference. I did experience a brief bout of insomnia and restlessness after first taking for a few days. This died down after reducing the dosage to once every two days, so that's a possible side effect. All the capsules have a very mild odor and flavor, and are pretty pleasant to take. The value is typically expensive, but at least you get a nice two month supply our of it. As far as recommending this, I honestly would. But it does take time to work (many studies have shown around 4-8 weeks is the sweet spot), and most of the time you may not feel anything at all. But it's much better and cheaper to try this due to not being able to get high amounts of urolithin a by itself from food sources.

These are decent supplements. They don’t have any foul smell or taste. They go down easy, I had no problem swallowing them. They don’t upset the stomach and they don’t have any bad aftertaste.The product packaging is well done. Everything looks very professional and seems to be high quality.Appears to be a decent supplement, although I can’t speak to purity or efficacy without sending off for lab testing.

This bottle comes only about half full. If used as directed it will last two months, so I would prefer they use a smaller bottle.The expiration date on mine is Apr 2026, so a little less than two years from now.There is a light scent and taste to the capsules that does not last. They are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplement bottles to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and Made in USA. This says Made in USA and has the GMP stamp. The product page says 3rd-party lab tested.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I like the ingredient and that they don't use a bunch of fillers, their neuroganhealth site is both functional and informative, the phone number on the bottle and their site works, and they even have a brick and mortar store. These kids of things are important to me to add trust in the company and product because I have come across so many shady supplement companies lately. After looking into them this is one I trust. The price seems a little high but is much more reasonable if you remember it is for two months' worth.
