Super comfortable!!!!!
My doctor warned me that metatarsal supports may be uncomfortable for about a week but I found these to be instantly comfortable. It's an odd feeling to realize how much better your feet feel when supported correctly. I may buy another set just to have a back up.

Not the best for a short and wide foot
Item arrived as expected with bonus gel arch inserts for the shoe. My review is for the sleeves only.The concept for the arch support sleeve is great! I have short/wide feet which I believe contributed to the awkward fit of the product. The elastic band that holds the support in place wanted to bunch up at the back part of my foot/at my ankle joint and the top of the elastic completely covered my 4th and 5th toes, making it feel weird in a shoe. I tried to adjust and not stretch as much, however in order for the gel support pad to fit into the arch of my foot and not under the ball, I couldn't move as much as would be needed.Again, I believe this is due to the size/shape of my feet rather than a product defect. The gel insert is comfortable and I'm sure if my foot was more standard, this product would have worked great for me.

Tibial tendonitis relief!
I have severe tibial tendonitis and a flat right foot. I've had chronic ankle pain because of this.I only wear it on my affected foot and it has significantly reduced the strain on those tendons, allowing me to continue exercising.Agree that they crowd my little toe in, but it's stretched a bit over time.

Effective and inexpensive solution to arch pain
Was experiencing pain in my arch from an overuse injury, and these arch supports provide great comfort and freedom from pain while recovering. I'm able to be on my feet for long periods and walk for decent distances. The silicone pads provide a nice little arch masssage while walking. I bought a second pair for backup.

Product had already been opened and used!
Disinfected seal broken and sleeve had black hairs stuck to the bottom of it as if it has been worn/used. Have to take it back and ship it to get a return.

Amazing Support
This sleeve is a game changer. I have what I suspect is a hairline fracture in my right foot and it constantly gets re-agitated at work, where I’m walking around in dress shoes for 10-12 hours a day. I tried these out of desperation and I’m so glad I did. The gel insert puts the perfect amount of pressure on whatever area of the foot I need it, and I can move it around accordingly to work with various shoes. They’re been through the washing machine at least 5 times and are still going strong. I wore these for a week to help rehab my foot and there was such an improvement in comfort and performance. I struggled to put weight on my foot and the gel insert in the sleeves provided the perfect amount of support to walk pain-free. This is such a simple but well-done idea and so affordable! I’ll be ordering a second pack for sure!

It hurts
I would not recommend this product to anybody. I bought these for working out, walking around college campus & a nursing job. I don't think I am going to be able to use these things for ANY of the above.First of all, you can't even wear these with tennis shoes. I'm a woman's size 8-9 with somewhat wide feet, and these things were gripping on my feet so hard that when I tied my tennis shoes, the wrap was digging into my feet.I tried them on while going for a walk outside, and I had to interrupt my walk twice to take both of these things off my feet because the pain was too bad to keep going. I had to cut my walk short, and on the way back to my house, I started limping from the pain. If I can't last less than 10 minutes walking outside, how am I gonna last a 12 hour nursing shift with these on? Not gonna happen. This is a waste of money. It feels like having rocks duct-taped underneath your feet.

works great for me
I'm quite pleased with these. For me, they're just the right amount of height and cushion to help support my arches and keep my feet in a more neutral position to keep my feet from rolling in. And for me it makes more sense to buy arch supports I can wear with any shoe rather than buy insoles with arch supports for every pair of shoes.Like others have said, the top of the sleeve does roll down, but I scrunch these up to make them comfortable and it doesn't bother me or feel "off" at all.I wear a US women's size 8 shoes, normal width, and these aren't too tight, too short or too long for me feet, they're just right.
