Easy to install and work as advertised

Luckily a pretty universal fit. I was worried they wouldn't fit my 1998 Ranger but no problem. Not sure how sturdy they'll be but for my needs and what I'll tie down they are perfect.

Each tie down has two Phillips head screws on the top of it that you have to loosen before installation.With it loose, you put the bottom half into the opening diagonally. Once in, you tighten those screws and they raise the base tight to the bottom of the opening and pull the top down to the same.So far I think they are a quality product.

Its clean looking and usable for anything.

It doesn't fit and the first one out of the box... (broke)

I brought them not so much to be used as Tie Downs, but rather as secure fasteners for my vinyl truck bed rail protectors, the adhesive was giving way on my drivers side rail protector causing the rail protector to LIFT UP from under my fixed Taneau Cover at highway speeds, I needed someway to ensure I didn’t lose the rail protector on the highway somewhere…! These Tie Downs work PERFECTLY…!!! They can be used to tie things down as well as secure your rail protectors onto your truck bed…! ❤️

A friend admired the brand name Tue downs on our farm truck and I found these for her at a great price. The fit and hold just like the brand name tie down inserts we’ve used for over a decade.our friend is very happy with them. Note they are not universal fit. If so I’d have them on my small truck too.

The yellow part is indeed metal but it's pot metal, that's what we use to call it back in the day. Screws are stainless steel and much stronger. Put the screws in nice and straight and be sure NOT to over tighten them. They work great and seem to be very heavy duty.
