They don't need any breaking in and these should be great for dog walking during the bad weather keeping feet dry. Zip makes them easy to take on/off.

Well made boots and fitted perfectly (size 10). I have worn them for about a week walking the dog who gets walked 3 times a day so they have had a good break in.So far they have stood up very well no wear at all. The only things I would say is spray them with suede protection and buy some better insoles as the ones they come with are a bit thin. I bought sorbothane double kick insoles for mine well worth it as they turn reasonably comfortable boots into extremely comfortable boots.

These boots do as they're supposed to for what I need.They fit well enough, seem sturdy enough and as a previous Savage island boot wearer, I know they will last a good 2-3 years at least.I use them for medium use. Security work, so not on a building site dropping bricks or wood on them occasionally.I mainly walk or run around in them and kick the odd door hear and there.Suitable for me and having a zip at the side make getting them on and off easily, especially of they've become dirty or wet.Worth a try if you need decent boots.

I just got theses boots today, unfortunaltly just a minute after something heavy fell on my foot. Anyway these boots are really snug and comfortable. they are light and I dont feel like I will have to break them in. I usually take a 6.5 but got a size 7 so I could put thick sock in them.I wanted to get these boots so they would last me a long time in and out of working hours and these look like they will do the job. Oh and I am a girl too by the way. I have no idea if these are for guys but I dont care. they fit me just fine and I love them. they make my feet feel safe.

If you want sturdy hardwearing reliable boots. These arent them!Look the part and where comfy and would be fine for standard everyday wear if you wanted "combat looking boots".Zero ankle support, thin material. If you want reliable boots look elsewhere.If you want cheap boots that look cool and only walk around town. Go for it.

Great for work and out walking

Bought these for playing Airsoft. Very sturdy boots & fairly comfy - left boot feels like it digs into my ankle a little, but on the whole a comfy set of boots. Good value for money!

Zipper is not strong enough but overall is a nice fit and comfortable the zip is on its way out already
