Fantastic company and I adore my sauna!
This really is a wonderful sauna. I’ve always enjoyed a sauna but since I’ve bought my own it’s become a daily ritual which I totally look forward to and enjoy. It’s really easy to set up and just so simple to maintain. I’ve got zero interest in gym saunas now that often lack hygiene etc. as I know I’ve got my very own. Great size too so it’s perfect for one person. And just so relaxing. Plus I think it’s a completely reasonable price. I’ve also been reading a lot recently about the truly wonderful benefits of a regular sauna. But what I’ve also been really impressed with has been this wonderful company. Truly lovely people to deal with which has completely added to my overall experience. Thanks folks. One very happy customer here.

Amazing Steam Pod
These steam pods are brilliant. Heat up for about 10mins and then jump into a world of steam sensation! So good, I bought another one! Customer service is excellent as well. Great communication and really helpful. Cannot recommend this product enough.

Not long lasting/ helpful
Sadly the water container went pop and hasn't come back on and I only got it in January My sauna heart metal motor has stop work may I get a new one.They got back to me and help me and sent a replacement generator for free 2 time the 1 time someone stole it reason Evir deliver did not knock on the door and left it on the doorstep not even hired I had pic so that help then they sent aging

Best Sauna
Fantastic Sauna. Super fast delivery and the sauna is brilliant and very relaxing. Will be buying more Chillz products going forward. After using a few similar products, this item is by far the best I have come across.

Best purchase of the year
Couldn't ask for an easier set up, 5 mins and I was good to go. I filled tank a tiny bit below max and used the max temperature for the 20 mins I stayed in for. Came out feeling refreshed, skin looked clearer instantly. I'll probably invest in a small bench for comfort instead of the chair. So far it's definitely value for money
