It helps.
This stuff tastes just awful but it does work. I take this stuff with Citicoline to maximize the benefits and haven't noticed any unwanted side effects. This stuff helps me focus and motivated and yet I can sleep at night when I need to go to bed. I will keep this using this stuff as part of my supplemental routine.

Tastes like burnt paper but feels like it's working
You just need to get over the taste. I drop this in a half cap own water and then chase it with another half cup of water. This takes a while to work. I believe it raises brian growth factors which takes a few weeks to make any difference. You also have to do things that stimulate your mind so it has something to build on (reading, meditating, word puzzles, critical thinking, etc ) and it helps your mind get better at those things quicker. My head feels a clearer but it took about 3 weeks and I take this with Paraxanthine.

This was the cheapest, and I really wanted to try it. Great results, but you need to mix it with 8oz of juice or something to get it down.

Good afternoon booster
Though I take NADH throughout the day for chronic fatigue, I was still experiencing a drag-down in the afternoon, so I went looking for a booster. I decided to try this. One dropperful, usually needed around 2 to 3p, does provide a booster effect. I haven't noticed any impact on memory as some reviews have reported, but then I do limit intake of Noopept to once daily. Plan to continue using this as a booster. I got the liquid that was vanilla flavored, and it pleasantly absorbs under tongue.

Why does it smell so strongly of musty old grossness?
I read this is supposed to have some kind of noticeable effect? Personally I’ve felt nothing. Stimulant properties I read….i took a nap each day. Is it me? If you’ve used adderall and looking for something to replace or get off it….this is not it. Someone said it worked for them so maybe it’s just me. I can’t stomach this anymore with no noticeable effect.

Not as strong as i expected
Maybe the limitless movie had my sights set tok high. I dis notice a slight increase in cognitive ability, but mostly i just get really sleepy when im trying to study. On the plus side, im able to remember the stuff i can stay awake for, so its not all bad
