Out of the blue71/3168 Bottle Holder with Metal Bottle Opener Wood, Multi-Colour

Bought for my husband to go with his home brew kit it’s a really cute little caddy but it’s very ‘rustic’ the wood is rough and splintery. It only takes 330ml bottles.

My father in law has very few interests outside of football. Beer is one of the rare other topics that sparks a discussion with him that extends beyond a single reply. So what are we getting him for Christmas this year? We already got him a selection of local London beers, that he as a foreigner will be curious to taste. This was actually quite easy with the ongoing hype in craft beers from supposedly independent micro breweries. Now, I was looking for something to display and present these bottles in and stumbled across this wooden carrier.The carrier comes quite nicely presented, wrapped in plastic and a cardboard band around it. It makes a fairly attractive present. Yet the carrier itself is nothing special. It’s certainly solid but made of rough wood. It nevertheless would blend well into the interior of his kitchen or living room. So it has some decorative value as well. Otherwise it can be displayed in the garden with or without a few old beer bottles. The main feature is the bottle opener on the side, which is somewhat practical, but an item that most beer drinkers will already have at hand at home.One of the small drawbacks of the carrier is that 2 of the 6 beer bottles we bought would not fit in. All in all reasonably happy with the present, we’ll see how it will be received. The other thing is that I found it quite expensive at the £14 we paid for it, half that price would better match the quality and utility. Then again, this was a desperate situation for a difficult and sensitive recipient so we had to pay up. Other beer carriers were much more expensive anyway.

Caddy was bought as a holder for groomsman gift with a mixture of beers - well received by the lads. I was a little surprised by how light it was but seemed well put together.

Looked lovely but not big enough for some real ale bottles

Would hve been the perfect gift ....but for it not being able to carry actual "beer bottles" . Skinny bottles ,tick , stubbie bottles tick......just needed to be a bit bigger , ie to carry - butty back, manns ale, Amber , size bottles.Good quality , nicely packaged , just needs to be bigger .

Just what you see on the photo, sturdy and good value for money. Warm rich wood colour too.

I was a little disappointed with this. The wood is rough and not evenly stained, so it looks a bit cheap, but then again it wasn't expensive, so I guess I should have expected this. It is also quite small. Standard bottles of beer are not going to fit in this. I did not realise that, though I have some smaller bottles that do fit. The packaging for delivery though was horrendous. They put it in a used food box that smelled really bad, and was pretty bashed up, then wrapped it in lots of cling film. Not a professional way to present the goods.

Brilliant beer carrier just what I was looking for.Brilliant service from this seller would recommend and use again.Delivery was very good arrived safely and sooner than expected.

Sehr schöner Flaschenträger, den ich mit einem Brennstift noch personalisiert habe. Bin begeistert und hab schon nachbestellt.

Utilisé pour amener des bouteilles de bière à table, le désign est amusant. Un petit bémol : il est impossible de placer 3 bouteilles de 33 cl côté à côté, trop serrant: 0,5 mm en plus dans la largeur et la longueur aurait été satisfaisant.
