Defective product
Havai manufacturer delaying service to fix defective air cooler, service was not available in our area, the fan blades broken, oscilation defective, manufacture ask us to repair ourself, I don't recommend this product, to anyone, merchant offer to send parts, but recalled parts shipment, leaving customer issues unresolved

Water pump failed if hours after delivery

This product is good and worthy for this rate but when the product reaches our home it was somehow not assembled propely. Other than this everything are good. Good cooling for the room.

Airflow is good but buid quality is poor
The media could not be loaded. Airthrow quality is Superb of havai Air cooler but build quality is Very Very Poor. Company should focus and improve the build quality of the cooler. Cools every corner it is true. Wheels are very low quality and not working properly.

Very very bad product total los of money not cooling Vell and air flow is also bad dount by it and Amazon is also not getting returned to product
