Great price, decent taste, doesn't leak
OK, so the biggest problem with the Nespresso clone capsules is that they they are not constructed so hotcha and leak a lot into the drip reservoir, instead of putting the coffee into your cup. Gimoka, so far (3 orders), doesn't leak. And the price is VERY good. The taste of the multi-variety pack, is somewhat so-so: I really can't taste the the differences between the blends included. On the plus side, all are rated 10 in intensity (good for me) and taste pretty decent as non-premium, distinctive espressos go. Sort of like going to an Auto-Stop gas station/café stop in Italy - which is not a bad experience.

Best Alternative to Nespresso (So Far)
As I preface in my other reviews, I experiment with a lot of alternatives to original Nespresso capsules for a couple of reasons: 1) Nespresso capsules are pricey, and 2) I don't care for Nestlé as a company. If you read any of my other reviews, you'll find that most of the low-cost Nespresso alternatives are barely drinkable (low-cost being defined as somewhere below half the cost of original Nespresso capsules).Previously, I ranked the Espresso Italia Forte capsules as the best low-cost alternative to Nespresso Ristretto; however, this is no longer the case (and have edited that review accordingly). In my opinion, Gimoka’s Deciso is significantly better than Esspresso Italia Forte. So good, in fact, that there is no point in ever purchasing original Nespresso pods ever again. Deciso is strong, thick, and flavorful. It produces a layer of crema that is on par with, if not better than, Nespresso Ristretto. Gimoka's capsules are less than 1/3rd the cost of Nespresso's pods. Unfortunately, Gimoka's capsules are plastic rather than aluminum; however, they are designed very similar to Café Bustelo’s pods with foil at both the top and bottom. I have had no problems using these capsules in my Breville Essenza Mini.I highly recommend Gimoka Deciso and will purchase these capsules again.

Good for the price
I would give it 5 stars, but the lungo (the orange capsules) tastes expired, and this is the second time I've bought this pack, so I don't know if it's the formula they use or what's going on, but they always taste really bad to me. The rest are very good, they taste strong and are perfect in the Nespresso.

Best coffee capsules!!
The media could not be loaded. This is truly the best!! The last thing I bought last year was Lavazza capsules. Gimoka is much better than that. In the meantime, I tried many capsule brands such as Nespresso, Italian brand, Rosso, and peets etc.. I'm not picky, but Kimoka is very good compared to them. Of course, the price is good, but more than anything, the scent and taste are also good. It comes out very well and has a good flavor. I will continue to buy this if the price doesn't go up much.

Great Taste, Faulty Product
I was attracted to this coffee by its great price. Unfortunately, the pods were consistently malfunctioning and clogging the machine. There are articles on the internet that talk about plastic pods causing the machine to not percolate properly and to dump water to prevent overflow. I could not figure out why machine was dumping so much water in the drip pan and not in the coffee cup, until I switched back to another brand and the problem went away. The other brand has aluminum pods, by the way.Trying to save money ended up costing me more, because since I couldn’t return the pods, I had to throw them away.

Last two cartons I ordered all had defective capsules
Before I begin, I need to point out that the second picture of the two that I have posted is not of this product but another one about which I describe at the end of my review for Gimoka coffee. You may have read my prior review which was very positive about these capsules. Unfortunately, the last two times I ordered this brand, the capsules were all defective (see photo). These capsules are supposed to be vacuum sealed and you can tell that they are when you hear a popping sound as the plunger in the espresso machine engages the capsule and the coffee begins to flow into your cup. When the vacuum is gone, air gets into the capsules and spoils the taste of the coffee. I have had the same problem with other brands that used to be good but now have spotty quality control issues. On the positive side, Amazon customer service refunded my money on each of the purchases of defective capsules. The easy way to do that is to use the chat feature in the help section. You do not have to return the defective capsules and can do with them as you see fit. Of course if it doesn't taste good, there may not be much you can do with them except try to mask the flavor with cream and sugar.Recently, I had a new problem with the brand I had purchased before (Italian coffee, Ristretto, photo number 2) This time, it wasn't the top of the capsules that was the problem but the bottom of the capsule that was not being punctured by my machine. Up until that point, my machine had eaten every capsule that I fed it. I think the problem with these capsules is that the cup itself is made from a heavy plastic and or the length of the capsule is too short. For these reasons, I strongly recommend that you get capsules that have a foil covered bottom instead of a solid plastic cup. Capsules with a foil covered bottom make it far easier for your machine to puncture the bottom of the capsules.Because I would like to continue using gimoka coffee, I am going to contact the company and alert them to the problems I've had with the capsules losing their vacuum seal. Hopefully, they can correct it so that we all can continue to enjoy it.

Great coffee with a great value!
I am Latin and grew up in a mixed Spanish and Italian family. I love good strong coffee. This is exactly what I got at a good price! Reminds me of morning with my grandma eating a pastry and talking about life. I am also some times a coffee snob and if your looking for your single origin specialty coffee I don’t think this is it. This down home Italian grandmother, household espresso. And that’s exactly what I was looking for.

Ne recommande pas
Des graines de café se retrouvent dans la tasse. Très désagréable à boire. Il vaut mieux payer un peu plus cher pour une meilleur marque.
