I'm not too sure. I measured my son's foot based on the size guide (heel to toe) for size. It did run big for a 0-3m size

This shoe is divided into three sizes, 0-6 months is 4.3 inches; 6-12 months is 4.7 inches; 12-18 months is 5.1 inches. If the baby wants to wear socks and needs a little room for growth, I recommend you to take a look at 0-6 months.
