Unhygienic smell coming from filtered water. Worst device
Very poor performance. Bad smell coming from the filtered water. Purely unhygienic. When the service person is called he is asking for Service charge in this almost brand new device. Completely dissatisfied with the performance.

I ordered purifier...Outer box shows RO inside !After opening I show inlet & outlet !sticker shows RO !But inside it's purifier means company use RO cabinet for this purifierNo hole in cabinet for main wiresRemino's cabinet material is good compare to thisBut purifier is goodWorth for money

No ,Onn & OFF mode Indicator & Switch
Surprisingly their is no built in light which shoes filter is Onn & Off mode.Each time need to walk up to the main power switch & Check.Filtered water level invisible,( Led lamp & a Built in Switch (Cost Rs 30 Retail) Now a days Even a small Rs 50 Blue tooth electronic products come with a built in Indicator.

Satisfied with this purchase of UV-UF-Alkaline-B12 Water purifier. Had initial concern of purchasing non- branded product. But after delivery, customer care support and product functioning, I am truly happy with my decision on purchasing Aqua d pure water purifier.During installation, a glitch was found, not in the product, but at my house, of not enough water pressure. Contacted Customer service, they promptly asked installation executive to put a replacement UF membrane cartridge fit for the pressure of my house. Everything went off so smoothly.
