Update was easy.Using this reader couldn't be simpler.Auto connect to all our cars was quick and easy.All problems sorted.Only bad point, :- could have come with a carry bag or holder.

Getting a product that works as advertised
Got this to help with fault in my "09" Suzuki swift good looking unit seams well made ,but totally useless won't connect to the ECU so for me a total waste of money .

Ok but my Android phone does just the same.
The scanner arrived on time & well packaged, the scanner looks well made, professional looking, but after several days of use, i decided to return the item. The scanner gives live data readings, scans for DTC's codes and clears some of them, but did not clear an ABS fault codei had, the scanner did no more, than apps i have on my Android phone using a £10 Elm 327 Bluetooth adapter, and some of these are free on the play store, and they did exactly the same job.

Waste of money
The “update tools” on the website is a nightmare!! Used once then got a message “ lib files not exist” what the hell does that mean?Now a door stopper.Tried to seek help regarding issues but hit dead ends.Horrible, not user friendly.
