Legion Stonehenge Paper, Cotton Deckle Edge Sheets, 22 X 30 inches, White, Pack of 25 (F05-STN2230WH25)

Purchased for a lino printmaking class. Absorbs the ink well, easy to tear to size, and good color accurate to the image. It bends really easily, so be careful when you're tearing your paper for your prints, but it didn't warp when drying as long as I didn't soak it before hand (like I did for my monotypes). Excellent quality for the price (which was a little cheaper when I bought it back in August), and arrived by the end of the week, so I definitely recommend it.I still have some left over, and I actually got some for Christmas, so I intend to find out how it holds up to other mediums like watercolor or marker, but I have high hopes.

Papers arrived very fast and in perfect condition. Love this paper for Pastels. Will order again from the same vendor.

The paper turned out to have a smooth surface and warps when in contact with any wet medium including acrylic paint. The paper is advertised with a rough surface for watercolor and mixed media. I tried to work with it and covered it with gesso but the sides get crinkled and tear. NOT as advertised for water color or mixed media. I don’t return it because it’s a pain to have to repackage that huge box to ship. I can only use this paper to draw with dry medium only.

The media could not be loaded. Stonehenge paper is excellent for drawing with pencil, chalk pastels, and colored pencils, providing a smooth and reliable surface. However, it is less suitable for painting or creating cyanotypes, as it does not absorb the chemistry effectively.

Best paper for printmaking. Shipped nice and safe. No dents in the paper.
