One week's supply
Firstly (tl.dr) this is only ONE WEEK supply of tablets. So it had better work very fast and very well to be worth buying. My feeling is that this is poor value for money, as the effects of taking the tablets will not last all winter - so multiple purchases are likely to be needed. The ingredients are good and likely to help, although they can also be found in other supplements. So if one is already taking a good combination of supplements they may not be needed in addition to those.Would we buy again...? probably not.

An expensive way to interrupt an oncoming cold
This Winter Rescue pack of supplements is unlike any of the usual vitamins or supplements that I take, in that this is designed to act as a one-week intervention to up your immune system and combat "seasonal discomfort". In practice I'd take this advice as a course of action to try out when coming down with cold or flu, and hopefully fight it off before it gets too bedded in.The best I can say to support the Winter Rescue pack is that I tried half the box (fewer than recommended) when I felt a cold coming on, and it turned out to be a mild and inoffensive cold that passed quickly. It's very hard to say how much impact these will have if used again, but I would say that at the current price I'd be more likely to select some of the individual ingredients and buy monthly supplies of supplements rather than buying this expensive one-week pack to have in the house as needed.

Your Winter Wellness Ally in a Capsule
This winter immune boost supplement is a great addition to my daily routine, especially during the colder months when sniffles and coughs are all around. Packed with zinc, humic acid, spirulina extract, and a range of antioxidants, it provides a solid defence to help keep your immune system in top shape. The combination of ingredients is impressive – zinc is well-known for its immune-supporting properties, while spirulina brings a boost of nutrients and antioxidants. Humic acid is a unique addition, believed to help the body absorb nutrients more effectively and support overall health. I've found that since I started taking these, I feel more resilient and haven’t had to deal with any of the usual seasonal bugs so far.The capsules are easy to swallow and don't have any odd taste or aftertaste. They're also gentle on the stomach, which is a big plus if you’re like me and sometimes find supplements a bit harsh. Taking one a day is simple enough to remember, and it feels like a small but powerful step toward staying healthy this winter.Pros:Comprehensive blend of immune-boosting ingredients, including zinc, humic acid, and spirulina extract.Easy to swallow with no unpleasant aftertaste.Supports immune health, especially during colder months.Gentle on the stomach.Cons:May take a few weeks to notice the full effects, especially if starting mid-season.If you're looking for a reliable way to support your immune system and stay on top of your health this winter, this supplement is definitely worth a try. It’s like having a little extra armour against those seasonal nasties!

Expensive for a weeks supply
The box states a specific set of tablets over the days, which isn't on other types of tablets, but maybe it will work:Day 1 - 3 tablets, 3 times dailyDay 2 - 2 tablets, 3 times dailyDay 3-7 - 1 tablet, 3 times dailyThe pack only lasts a week, and at £18.99 at the time of this review, that is pretty expensive.

Do they work? Nobody knows
The routine for taking these tablets seems very excessive. Taking 3 tablets, 3 times a day, even if just the first day is both a demand for routine, but also seems and excessive amount to flood your body with. It is difficult to really know whether these work or not as well, because how can you prove they stopped you from getting ill if you weren't ill anyway.
