It was in brand new condition, but it still isn't the sturdiest leather. The strap is SO cute! I love it. I don't have much of a problem with the drawstring or any mishaps with the bag like some other reviews. I got the gray and it is a little more gray in the pictures, but still not full out gray. Every single person at work and college has said they love it and wish they would have found it, so that tells!!

This bag is very cute! I had no issues with anything being cut, torn, or anything. After reading some reviews I was worried but this bag is great quality for the price. The wallet that’s attached helps for extra space and it is detachable even though one review said it wasn’t. The guitar strap really sets it off and makes it special. I had many compliments today when I wore it and I plan on buying another in white. I definitely recommend buying it.

Mine came with a noticeable cut in the front.Decent faux leather, however there’s no lining on the inside. It does come with a small, flat purse/wallet (attached to the drawstring inside). Needs drawstring to close, which can be annoying since it’s leather on leather and doesn’t close smoothly.Otherwise it’s still a nice bag, a little overpriced in my opinion, especially something I still would DIY clasps on to close it properly. The strap is a nice and colorful addition and seems to be fairly thick enough to use as a strap.

So I first bought this style in 2020. I love the style and functionality of this bag. It looks just as it is pictured online and looks great with straps purchased elsewhere like madewell etc. The only complaint is it’s quality could use improvement. After 2 years the stitching by the strap began to break and pull away creating a hole. Also the holes where the tie closure is began to rip as well from the opening and closing. I really liked the look of this bag and you can’t beat the price which is why I repurchased in 2023. So my advice is just beware it will fall apart fairly quickly if used everyday, but that being said it’s a nice bag for the price.

The bag looked great when I got it, nice color and pretty strap, 2 stars for that, because I only used it 2 weeks until it started tu rip!, I don’t even carry much weight. also before I used it I had to wait like a week until the stink went away. Like other reviews say, it smell like gasoline for some reason. I really wanted to love this bag, pitty

Really got into the style of “saddle bags” lately and found this one. When I first got it in the mail there was a black mark on the leather part. I instantly got on amazon and notified the company. They sent out a new one and within two days I received it with no damage! Returned the other to and amazon drop off location and have been using the purse ever since! Love it!

The shoulder strap handle broke and ripped off after less than 3 months of use. No longer usable. Disappointed
