I got this cream because I have methylation issues due to genetics and struggle with fatigue. This cream is an absolute game changer for me. When I put it on I feel it give me an instant boost of energy, and it's such a blessing! I struggle with a chronic illness, and this has been one of the only things which has made a huge impact on energy levels for me.UPDATE:I've been on this cream now for 4 months, and it took me a longtime to realize this slowly built up in my body and caused terrible side effects. For one they refuse to tell you how much of Of each vitamin is in this supplement... so there is absolutely no way to know how much You are getting in your system. This is hugely problematic if you have different genetic mutations because there is a fine balance between getting enough methylated vitamins and having too much. My biggest frustration is that NuMedica absolutely refuses to tell its patients how much is in it... they say it's a proprietary blend and that's why. Customer service had no sympathy for someone who called while struggling and begging for answers. it's irresponsible because everyone using this is putting undisclosed amounts of vitamins in their body and it's very unsafe. BE CAREFUL.

This product is really great! I feel a noticeable boost of energy when I put it on at the start of the day. The only reason it got four stars instead of five is because there's no dosage information and that seems like a huge oversight. It's hard to make sure you're not getting too much of things like B12 when you take a multi with a product like this. If they rectify this issue, it'll get five stars from me!

This has worked for me for 3 months solid. I have only taken 1 pump a day, as several of my other genetic mutations make my necessary methyl supplementation a nightmare if I take too much. I have only had a few weeks with other B12 tablets where I felt like ME again. So... to have 3 months was glorious. I am cautious. I have not moved up to more, but should have. I appreciate that for the last 3 months, it has held me together!In the last 3 1/2 years, I have now had 3 episodes of severe B12 deficiency.Within the last week or so, I began to again have terrifying B12 deficiency symptoms for the 3rd time. This morning, I looked in my fridge and became confused and frozen, because my fridge was somehow not familiar to me. My husband had to help me clean and reorganize it so that I would no longer be confused. This is not my typical ME.Over that last few days, I began taking 4 pumps a day, along with three 5mg methyl-B12 tablets. Tonight, I am finally starting to come out of the deficiency haze.For its actual efficacy when used at the proper personalized pumps, for it's consistency compared to other products I have used, I give this product 5 stars. It's my own cautiousness, my failing to up my dosage that resulted in what has happened to me in the last week.However, I am not giving this 5 stars because of my experience with the company today. In near-tears after freezing up at my fridge, I called the 800-number on the bottle, simply to verify how much B12 is in the product, between the methyl and the hydro, so that I did not take so much that it would pool up in my system later and make me crazy. I was told that they could not tell me, there was no other department they could (i.e. would) refer me to, and that they could refer me to a local dr to help me with my question. The polite woman told me that they are not medical professionals, so could not answer me.I was confused at my own refrigerator this morning (not like me *at all*), so it may seem odd for me to say that their end of the conversation is crazy. My question was directly for the maker of the product, to let a customer know how much of a vitally-needed nutrient is in *the product that THEY make.* A local dr would probably know less than I do about this specific product - how on earth would they be able to tell me how much B12 is in someone else's product?Every other B product I have taken, despite not being as gently effective as this, has at least been up front about the dosage on their bottles... there has never even been a need to call them, email them, pigeon-message them, etcetera, to find out how much B is in it. While I have had to call a handful companies in my life, none of them has so blatantly dismissed my very real need for information, and evaded letting their customer base know HOW MUCH of the nutrients are in their product to prevent under- or over-dosing.That alone is a 1/2-star rating.I am willing to change my rating to a 5+, if they give transparency to their loyal customer base.

The red color of the cream does not fade well. Other wise I have been pleased with the results of the cream.

Entirely changes how you approach the day. Essential.

Buyer beware. Product arrived with no expiration date so question if it is the true product in an effective form.

My daughter has CHARGE syndrome and under her doctor's advice, we started her on this product about 3 months ago. We have seen some improvement in her desire to communicate. Is it placebo effect? I don't know. I do know that the product itself goes on easily, has a good smell and lasts longer than you would expect. I would recommend this product.
