I bought these because I have really bad anxiety with wearing bikinis because they show a lot down there, but these are both very comfortable and they don’t ride up so I can feel safe and comfortable going to the pool or beach. Pocket doesn’t fit iphone 14 size but fits wallets, for when you want to wear them casually(they’re comfortable enough to do so). They don’t stretch at all, but it hasn’t bothered me. As someone who is usually an extra small or 00 in jeans, the XS sizing wasn’t snug or loose and fit perfectly(especially with the strings).

5'41/4 height, weight 134lbs. Here is an updated review. So medium fit but the large is a more comfortable fit for me. Love the yellow and the green colors not so much the bluish or the white floral. Very comfortable, versatile, a must have if you live in a warm climate.

These were great for a beach vacation. Pretty comfortable wet or dry; I wore them all day when we took a long boat trip and they were decently quick to dry even while wearing. I've become a fan of separates for swimwear. I had other swim shorts that came with my separate top, but those were too tight and would roll up uncomfortably. For this new pair, I first got an XL but it ran a bit too small and I exchanged for the XXL. I do wish another pattern was in stock when I needed it, as it would have matched my top better, but overall I was pleased. The shorts do have an inner lining, sort of a bikini/panty inside, that fit well while the outer shorts protect your thighs.

I fell in love with these dark blue- and carnation-colored paisley board shorts the moment I saw them! I haven't had a pair of board shorts in years, but knowing I have planned exercise at the pool for the summer, I placed the order immediately. I'm so pleased with what I received. Because the shorts will be worn (and washed) frequently, I ordered a size XL instead of the L I'd usually select. They fit just as I hoped. The shorts are a tiny bit big but the drawstring pulls the waist in to a comfortable fit (for land or for water). The waistline, with double-reinforced seams at its top and bottom, has elastic that's designed for a gentle fit alongside the drawstring. All of the seams (the ones that sew the two sides of the shorts together and those at the hem) are double-reinforced. Also, there's a cute pocket with a flap (with a VERY secure velcro closing) on the right hip. The outer fabric is 100% polyester but it really feels just like cotton--smooth and soft. The inner lining is also 100% polyester but this time it's the stretchy kind, that has elastic around the legs. (Kind of like stretchy white underwear. Totally standard for board shorts.)Cool, comfy, and adorable!

These are true "Board" (surf) shorts and they fit much like boyfriend style jeans - slightly baggy and oversize, sitting lower on the hips with plenty of seat and leg room. The inseam on these shorts is 5 inches, which comes to about mid-thigh - enough to be modest, but not overly so - they are very cute! I'm 5'7" 135 pounds and the size Large fits me perfectly.The material is a thicker (yet very soft) brushed polyester, drawstring waist, a generous size built-in elastic panty, and has a little pocket with a Velcro closure on the side of the leg for your phone. I have the washed blue/dark pink print in a paisley pattern that looks somewhat Boho - pair them with a white T-shirt and some flip-flops and you're ready to head off to the beach, lake, or swimming pool.I recommend these shorts very highly based on their fit and quality manufacturing - am planning to purchase several other pairs to add to my casual summer wear collection.
