Better than expected in every regard.
My husband and I are so pleased with the quality of this tent. The tent is so lite and packs smaller than we expected. We got the yellow tent and the colour is lovely but slightly darker than we anticipated. All the zippers work so well. There are no windows as was expected but the zipper for the screen door and door are all convenient and easy to pull aside with plastic spring stop toggles to hold the doors open when required. The covered portion on the exit is phenomenally helpful when camping in the rain or inclement weather. It's also a nice place for my spouse and I to leave our super muddy boots after hill walking. The tent really retains its heat: even more than we expected from a four season tent. For a two person tent this tent felt spacious inside; we are both rather fit individuals and under 6 feet tall (under 1.83 meters) so I realised not everyone would feel like they had so much space but we genuinely felt we could fit a third person if we really needed to.Each of the pockets within the tent are practical for our uses. The pockets on each side are triangular. We've had an extremely positive experience with this tent.

Can't go wrong, quality material!
Packed size is pleasantly small, fits well in ordinary backpack. The sack that it came in seems to be waterproof and it ties around the tent very well. ( there's no struggle to throw the tent back ). It has double layer, I especially liked the way you have to construct it as you erect the outside first and then just pop inside and hang the inner layer so you can hide fast enough in case of the rain... There is plenty of space for two adults inside, you could even throw a rucksack in the back :) the front room or whatever you might call it is kind off smallish.. good for a shoes or some stuff, but I don't think you'll be cuddling here while meal is cooking :) overall very good purchase can't wait to try it out.!! recomend it

Very capable tent
-Based on some negative reviews I think geartop may have fixed some issues that others had because I'm overall very satisfied with this tent.-One note, it would be nice if you didn't have to reach so far down to open the living room flap. If there's condensation on the door, there's no avoiding getting that moisture on you.-I have yet to use it in the snow, but It has rained almost every time I've used it and it has kept me dry and warm every time. Most notably on my most recent trip to Scotland, I spent mone of my nights on the Trotternish Ridge on the Isle of Skye. From first hand and reading other experiences, the weather here can be notoriously foul, with high winds and intense rainfall. With the snow flaps down and everything staked down correctly, I slept through the night while constant intense wind and some rain battered my tent. The rippling of the rain fly was the only thing that told me it was very very windy while inside the tent.-I haven't had any issues with the stakes and they have proven more than tough. They hold well and the notch keeps the guylines and other tiedown loops in place. On a durability note, I had to use a rock as a hammer at one point during my last trip (not best practice) and the rock actually broke.-It's very comfortable and spacious with one person, but it may be hard to see how it could be a two man tent, because it is cozy. However, if you and another person leave your packs in the sheltered living room, I don't thing there would be a issue fitting two adults in this tent. Again, it would be cozy, but that's what you want with a tent advertised as 4-season right?-One thing for myself and some other reviews, while the bottom is waterproof, a ground tarp will certainly help with condensation buildup on the floor of the tent and I imagine the living room area.-Overall, besides the low zipper in the living room, this has been a great tent for me.

) and I was quite comfortable, unfortunately I had taken my season 2 sleeping ...
Used this tent in Glencoe and the Cairngorms and can find no fault with it. In Glencoe the temperature dropped to minus 6 degrees (in May!) and I was quite comfortable, unfortunately I had taken my season 2 sleeping bag but that was my mistake. In the Cairngorms it was raining quite heavily and the tent coped exceedingly well keeping all my gear and myself dry. It dried out within an hour in the sunshine. I bought this tent because I am what could be described as a "wee fat guy" and I needed the room. Suffice to say there was plenty of room and this tent would easily sleep two people. It is light in weight and I did not feel any drawback when hiking. Overall I am well pleased with my purchase.

Good well made tent - but condensation blimey!
This is a well built and strong tent. Just had a weekend away in North Yorkshire with my 6 year old son. We were nice and warm but on the first night we were drenched with condensation. I had the groundsheet down, vents open but still pretty wet. The picture is the inside face of the inner tent. Second night it dried out during the day and I left the inner door open and just zipped up the insect mesh. Better but still wet in the morning. As I am 6ft 1in I was just touching the top and bottom of the inner.Luckily we were in the car and not wild camping as it would have been pretty miserable. We have not had a drop of rain fall on it but its soaked and its drying out on the washing line.

Perfect tent for all seasons.
What I like about this tent is a fits even if it rains, because the inside won't get wet, can be fitted from the inside just easier.

Better than I anticipated.
Received my tent today. It was pouring rain outside so it was the perfect time to see how easy it was to set up and if it was as water proof as they claimed. The first thing I noticed was the compact size of the tent in the bag. It fits nicely in my backpack. Everything seems well made and sturdy, many reinforcements. Even though the directions were in very poor English the tent was not hard to set up, only took about 15 minutes. There is plenty of room for two large people and the high ceiling makes it nice to sit up and move around. Overall I am very pleased!

Well done geertop
Right off the bat I'm already impressed with this product as it came in a water tight bag which I was not expecting. Every part of the packaging screams high quality from the material of the tent down to the bags to hold the pegs. Setup is as painless as you'd expect, I was easily able to figure it out myself without peeking at the directions. The poles have magnets and didn't snag once when feeding them through the tent. The bottom of the tent feels thick and extremely waterproof, I don't see myself having a problem keeping the ground moisture out even without a footprint. There is 3" of separation between the shell and the tent which leaves no chance for the tent to get wet as long as it is set up correctly. It is advertised as a two person tent and there is just enough room for two people, I myself am a 6'1" male and have just enough room to lay flat. My old tent is just a little bit roomier but packs into a bag twice the size and weight of this one. All in all this is an excellent tent for what it's worth. Feels like a $500 tent but it's half that price. Very impressed with this geertop product and I will be searching for more from this brand in the future.

Man sollte hierbei realistisch bleiben.
