Tastes great and makes dieting much easier
New customer and have tried both the banana and vanilla. Keeps me full, I manage to have just one shake for brunch and I can last until dinner, definitely keeps me full for a few hours and makes dieting for weight loss so much easier as it’s a quick, easy and low cal option! It does have a slightly chalky taste so I’d recommend blitzing it in the blender (I throw in a banana and some Greek yoghurt so it goes further) and it definitely helps to keep a smooth consistency. 5lb down in 2 weeks by drinking one a day plus a healthy diet - good quality and value, not to mention tasty, would recommend!

As described & tastes OK
This actually tastes OK, though you need more than a 10 sec shake to get it to dissolve and not clump!!! It has replaced my meals and it does stop me being hungry for hours. Give it a month and we’ll see the results (hopefully). Now then the cost! ProteinWorks actually flash sale the products giving 55% off!! And they ship from Amazon! Just bought a 2Kg pack for £26 and it’s being delivered from Amazon. So check before you buy!

Sweet and lumpy
I bought the strawberry flavour, first sip was lovely but thereafter struggled with texture which was clumpy and the more I drank the more I personally found it too sweet. Probably would not buy again.

Great flavour - Caramel latte
Really happy with this product. Have a shake once a day around 1pm to replace me picking at rubbish foods or skipping lunch. Keeps me full until dinner. Great taste, will order the caramel latte flavour again next time. Thought it might have a powdery taste mixing with water but it’s not. Full of flavour and a nice thick shake. Going to the gym 4 times a week as well so will see in a few weeks time if it’s helping me lose a few extra pounds.

It works
1st time having this it was a no it doesn't taste like banana at all taste chalky to me, it is thick and chewy but say on packet its grainy. But after all that it dose work keeps me full longer, so eat less and smaller meals when i do eat and because of that I've carried on with the rest untill finished i do wish it tasted nicer but it works and that my goal
