Great quality bands for building strength and adding variety
I’ve been using these for pull up training and they’ve been a huge help. The set includes five different resistance levels, which makes it easy to scale workouts as you build strength. I use the heavier bands for assisted pull ups and the lighter ones for warmups and stretching.The material feels strong and durable, with no signs of wear so far. Hapbear bands
First time buying bands, well looking at the description of the pictures while it’s showing the weight limits of the bands swiping to the right to left it’s showing a brand name on them, thinking I was getting the ones with the numbers on them instead of the name, priceless, silly me. Oh well, I’m going to try this cheap ones out until I am finished doing my workouts for three months and see how well they work, seen the price and thought why not give it a go. Pull the first one out and gave it first 20 reps, stretching it from feet to extended hands, not bad at all. Comfort is ok, stretch ability good, versatility good, workout effective it’s good. Durability we’ll see in about a month! Not bad for the price I’ll use these until I break them. Gave them a four because of the weight limit on the bands in the pictures that I thought I bought. Kinda of deceptive, it’s a good buy though.

Rubber is defective !!!
When these bands arrived they were very oily and had little resistance. They actually warped when stretched. I almost pulled the band rated 180 - 250 lbs. apart with one arm. I would post a picture but I have already repackaged them to be returned. Hopefully this was just a bad batch or a one off situation but I will not be buying these bands again.
