The table top comes pre drilled to assemble it with the frame.The packaging also includes cable management clips.You can fix the controller on any side of the table as it comes with a cable extenderThe only extra effort was for controller as the table top didn't come pre drilled for it. I was able to use screw driver to attach it on the right side of the table. But not a huge deal. This is probably to let user decide on which side they want the controllerI was able to do it by myself but an additional help would be great as the whole product is heavy and need space to assembleDay to day use : 5/5So far no issues. The motor noise is very less. U won't hear it during the day time. The movement is also very smooth.
