I love the look of the fountain -- it's very calming and the addition of the rolling ball is a very nice touch. However, my biggest issue with this fountain is that it LEAKS! Everyday I have to wipe the surrounding area of the fountain because it's so full of water underneath. I followed all directions on the manual and it doesn't address this issue.

Bought this tabletop fountain for my parakeet. He loves water, as long as it's running, not in a plate or 'bird bath.'Product arrived promptly, required no assembly. I simply poured in about 1qt of water into the top 'bucket' and plugged it in. Or you can pour water into the slot in the back of the fountain.Important: if you plug this into the outlet and hear a noise that is louder than the running water, then you do not have enough water. Running the fountain with not enough water will damage the pump. You know you need to refill if the water appears to be milky (too many air bubbles). You have the right amount of water if the bottom bucket is full when water is running.The ball itself is transparent, all colors come from the four colored LED lights at the top of the fountain. You can definitely use the fountain without the spinning ball on top, but it will leak quite a bit. Figure it out, have towels ready.The cord is long enough to have the fountain somewhere other than immediately next to an outlet.Could be much better if the cord had a switch on it.

This machine is horrible. I don’t know how I got it together, but once I took it apart to clean it, I couldn’t get it back together. I shredded my hands trying and gave up until my friends could try. It took a lot of effort for them to get it back together, and then it wouldn’t work. It’s pretty but way too much effort.I told the seller, but they refused to help.

The media could not be loaded.  This is beautiful and calming little fountain. It was ready to display right out of the box. All I needled to do was adjust the water flow - which required moving a switch on the pump to (-) or (+) , and placing the crystal ball on top , and of course filling it with water. There was almost no sound from the pump, but after a few days I noticed a rattling sound. I emailed the company and corresponded with Jennifer who was so helpful and professional. She sent me instructions - including a video on how to clean the fan on the pump - and when that did no work, she offered to send me a new pump free of charge. Her professionalism and friendly customer service far exceeded my expectations. In no way do I consider this to be an inferior product...I just feel that this was one of life’s glitches which Jennifer quickly help to rectify...even on a Sunday. How’s that for excellent customer service!!!

I like the fountain but purchased it mainly for the rotating ball which rotated for a few minutes at the initial use but then stopped. I followed all instructions and took advise on cleaning the top where water hits the ball and cleaning the ball. I also put more water and it is still not spinning even though the speed is all the way up on the positive side! I would like some further advice or support. Thanks.

Package arrived in good condition. It is exactly as shown on the web page. Have received several complements since setting it up in my office. Noise level is very low making it compatible for office. The brilliant sparkling light display may be a factor in some places but have not received any complaints so far. Could potentially cause epileptic seizures but the LEDs can be remove to elimiate the sparkle if it turns out to be a problem. Only con is it does not have an inline power switch so you have to unplug it when not in use. Have ordered an inline switch to add onto the power cord to solve the issue.

Beautiful fountain, only thing I don’t like is I can get the ball spinning for a minute then it stops, we’ve tried everything to get it to spin continuously.
