I have loved Up Country collars for a very long time. I am from Rhode Island and I think I was one of their first customers back in 1984. Their quality has not diminished. These are well-made, heavy duty collars with great patterns and colors. Very stylish. They fit exactly as advertised. This is not a "throw away" collar - it will last the lifetime of your furry friend.

Read the description carefully. I thought I was buying a 5/8" wide collar in the medium length. It is described in one place as 5/8" wide and in another astate 1". Doesn't sound like much but the buckles and leash loop are pretty bulky for my guy and a small is too snug. Sadly, I had to return it. I'd give the collar 5 stars if had been described more clearly.

This is one of the "classier" dog collars. The quality of the material and stiching is better than average, and the buckle is sturdy and large enough that I don't worry about pinching Poppy's neck when I put it on her.There is plenty of room to be able to adjust it for just the right fit.I will definetely order another one.
