I just set it up so this is obviously too soon to say how it'll work out over time but I am impressed by the quality and the how complete the parts kit is. I like the screw in anchors for the tie down, and they even threw in a couple sets of gloves. I feel like they put a lot of thought into the kit and it turned out to be a nice looking, sturdy, and large canopy.The only criticism is that the instructions are vague, not well written, and lack some details which led to setup taking longer than it should have because certain steps had to be reversed and repeated as the instructions didn't have enough depth on how to attach the panels. It wasn't hard to figure out though so I'm still happy.I suspect the roof panel, which is made with a plastic tarp material, won't last more than a year or two, so I hope it'll be possible to replace because the frame is very sturdy and should last for a long time. Are the individual panels available for replacement? I haven't looked yet but that would be great.If things change I'll update my review.

Instructions could have been better and there was a part listed but Instructions didn't mention it; but 2 women figured it put just fine. Pretty easy once you figure out what to do. Wish thr sides fit tighter think snow will be able to get in but everything else just as described.

While the product itself is good, our overall rating is low due to a couple of issues. One of the two items we ordered was six inches too large, and the return process was quite frustrating. Although they offered a very small credit, we never received it. We even proposed to drive the return to their location in DFW, TX, but that didn’t lead to a resolution. As a result, we now have one item that we can’t use.

I had written a bad review based on the fact that the item was badly torn when we received it and that I was waiting on a reply from customer service. Customer service was very helpful and fairly quick. They originally wanted us to mail both boxes back but when I explained we only needed a replacement roof they shipped it out promptly and asked us to throw out the ripped roof after we supplied pictures. I would absolutely do business with Brandline again.

We put up about 3 weeks ago and already the gromets are tearing at the corners. We have been having average high winds of 20 mph but one of the things I checked was the sustainability of high winds. I love the heavy metal construction but do not like the gaps on the ends allowing rain to get into the inside. It could use either more gromets down the sides or Velcro fasteners. the assembly only took 3 hours to put up with very little help from a second person.We received new sides and am very happy with the customer service of this company. Easy to assemble, well made, good directions

when you roll up to tie up doors the ties need to be longer..not enough length to keep it tied good....otherwise very nice

I has an issue with a tarp but got same day resolved and got my issue resolves fast and hassle free will up date once I have the product for a longer time but so far I'm amazed with the product had some heavy rain and held up great ill try posting a video of the itnside pov once it rains again to show how durable it is
