we both have quite a fair few tattoos, and my husband had one in the latter stages of healing. so far we've only really been able to test the repair cream, the balm and the lotion, all of which feel lovely on the skin. not too heavy, sink lightly into the skin, leaving it feeling soothed and smooth. both old and new tattoos looking bright and clear and feeling well nourished.we have yet to be able to try the antibacterial soap, but my husband has his next tattoo booked in May, and we will definitely use it then, in the hope it's as good as the other healing and maintenance lotions and balms in this set.the scents and textures are very pleasant, and the packaging looks very high end.we are both tattoo enthusiasts, and have used a large variety of different aftercare and maintenance products, and these ones are very good.the price for four products is very reasonable. and I really like that you have the option of buying individual products from the set. so, for example, you don't need to buy a full set including the early healing products for the ones that will keep established tattoos from fading.a small amount of product goes a long way too.the only downside is the gold on black at that font size can be tricky to read which product is which. but the products themselves are very nice

This is a well thought out set. It comes really nicely packaged, which if buying for yourself is not such an issue but if you wanted to gift it then presentation goes a long way to instilling confidence in the contents of the box.The anti microbial soap is great for those first days when the skin is first healing - no one wants an infection on a new tat. Used with the healing gel means you can really take care early on.The balm and lotion are really nice to use on existing tats too.The scent is nice and neutral and they go on and absorb easily with no nasty after stickiness.There is some beeswax in the balm which I think adds to the consistency and ease of applying.All in all a really nice well thought out set.

Not opened it yet, happy with the look of the presentation box and size of the items. Would make a lovely gift. I sm now using the soap, gel and lotion on my new tattoo, have helped soothe the itching and flaky skin. Well worth the money.

This set has everything you would need to care for new and existing tattoos, including an antimicrobial soap! that is not often included in sets like these I find. All the bottles and tins look smart and easy to carry in bags if you are travelling. The instructions on the box on how to use each product is a nice touch and helps customers know how to make the most of each product. The products smell clean without any overpowering scents.

I really like this set, there is nothing in it I was disappointed about, I especially love the soap. It is a great price, you can easily pay a tenner or more on just a decent aftercare cream or balm. I'm currently using this set on my leg tattoo which is having bit by bit done every few weeks, I've had no reaction, my skin is smooth and it's healed normally. And it should last another couple of tattoo's. Brilliant.

My daughter has established tattoos and a new one to use this kit with. The pump moisturiser is great in that it's portable to carry and moisturise on the go. The balm pot is hard to get much out. She had to scrape some, then warm it to spread and did not find the effects great. The moisturiser is thin and ok but other products are better. The preserver has an instant lift but doesn't last as well as her usual product. For the price this is a nice enough set, but maybe not the best products available. Decent enough though.

This is a proper one stop shop for tattoo care.I shan't list all the ingredients and what they do, all the information is included in the listing, what I will say is the kit you need whether you're freshly inked or your tats are old and a bit faded.Firstly an anti microbial soap, great idea. Fresh tats really do need extra care while the skin heals and no-one wants an infection, which brings us to the repair gel to help speed up the healing process. Then there's the lotion and balm to hydrate, nourish and protect the skin and keep tats vibrant. All good. Scent-wise there really isn't much - the balm has no discernible scent at all while the other components smell slightly fresh and 'green', not at all overpowering. NOTE - the balm contains beeswax so it's not strictly Vegan which may be an issue for some, it isn't for me but it's worth noting.The packaging is really cool - the gold and black looks premium, and wouldn't be out of place in a tattoo parlour, bathroom, barbers or on a dressing table. This would make a thoughtful gift for anyone with, or about to get, tattoos - skin care often gets a bit overlooked after the first few days, but it's worth continuing, after all you've gone to the trouble and expense of getting a tattoo it's worth looking after.At £19.99 for the whole kit (as at 29 February 2024) I think this is a great buy and certainly worth the investment.
