This Large Digital Wall Clock with Remote Control, the power cord is 78 Inch,very suitable for for Living Room Office Garage Gym!

Q: Does the clock need to be plugged in to stay on, or does it work only using battries?

It needs to be plugged in. It comes with a USB cord, so I had to use a block to plug it in to the wall, but I already had one. It does not come with one which is inconvenient.
