It's a simple yet effective solution!
The media could not be loaded. The product arrived well-packaged and lived up to its description. It's a simple yet effective solution for relieving neck pain, muscle aches, and more. I love how easy it is to use – just fill it with ice, plus, no need to pre-freeze, which is a bonus point from my side. Moreover, it is lightweight, portable, and comfortable to wear. It's perfect for on-the-go relief. Additionally, I can use it hands-free while sitting, lying down, cooking, or driving, without worrying about it falling off, thanks to the Velcro closure.Overall, I'm impressed and highly recommend it for anyone needing quick and convenient pain relief.

Sometimes the simple things are best!
The media could not be loaded. I don’t think you can beat hot and cold therapy on injuries or just aches and pains and the neck area, in my opinion is one of the worst areas to have strains or injury.I managed to pull a muscle carrying a heavy shopping bag a couple of weeks ago , so uncomfortable.I would have loved to have this neck wrap then .You can insert ice cubes into the wrap or just cold water which works just as well , you can also use hot water .Very simple to use just turn the cap anticlockwise fill two thirds full with water or ice, secure the lid by turning clockwise , fix the wrap round your neck with the Velcro strips to hold it in place.

Now I have the hang of it, it is Great!
I really like this wrap. At first I was wearing it wrong (having the straps too low down) so wasn’t very helpful but now I do them up nearer to my Adam’s apple, and it now stays in place well at the back of my lower neck.I am using it for heat therapy only at the momentI can’t see in the description that the wrap can be used with warm water (65 degrees) but on the back of the box, it gives instructions on using it for heat therapy (please see my photos)I have a hot water dispenser so is easy to dispense 65 degree water. At first I found it a little fiddly (and perhaps potentially dangerous) to fill it with hot water, but practice made perfect, and I put rubber gloves on to start with to prevent any burns if I spilt the water while filling - which I didn’t in the end.I have a body wide joint condition and my neck and thoracic area is my weakest and most painful area - and one of the most difficult areas to reach / get to. This wrap is helping me - it doesn’t stop the pain but certainly helps it while wearing it and provides comfort to the area at the same time. The water unfortunately doesn’t retain heat for all that long, but is long enough to keep in with the instructions (15 - 20 minutes wear when using heat). It is a tad bulky to wear but it is only for 20 minutes at a time (using heat - or 30 minutes using ice). I find wearing it while working at my desk is the most comfortable - I don’t think it would be comfortable wearing while lounging on the sofa for example.I think for just under £12 (at time of review, and excluding the current 30% voucher) it is very good value.I would have liked to have had a separate instruction sheet included in the box with the wrap - currently the instructions are just printed on the back of the boxOnce I have used ice in the wrap, I will update my review further - so far though, on just using heat, I would order this wrap again and can recommend.

Not too bad
This isn't a bad pack to have. I'll start by saying that the shape of it is really good and it fits nicely around the neck and can also go on your leg or anywhere that you can essentially place it and hold on to. It's easy to fill and can provide some relief to where you put it.The only issues that I have with it is the mechanism of filling it. The bag itself isn't that insulated so I find it difficult to get the right balance between the temperature depending on what you need it for. You can't just heat the kettle and pour it in as the kettle is too hot for what it needs so you have to balance it out to the right temperature which when you have an injury that requires either heat or cooling, it's not the most convenient thing to be able to do. Furthermore, the same goes for when freezing it as you can't let it go too cold and freeze, so you have to be aware of how long you're having it in there for. Although this is not a big issue, when you have an injury that you're trying to put some temperature related therapy to, the last thing that you want to be doing is trying to adjust the heat to the right temperature before you sit down and rest. Having thicker insulation that allows it to have hot water in or non-freezable fluid would of made all the difference because when you're in pain, it's the easier the better that counts.
