This soft close toilet seat fits and works well and we have ordered a few for different bathrooms. One developed a fault with the soft close mechanism, and the customer service was absolutely brilliant, with a replacement sent as soon as I'd shared photos of the issue. It's always easy to be happy with a company when everything works well, so the real test is how they respond when things haven't gone quite so smoothly. This was definitely 5* customer service!The seat is sturdy, fits securely with no slipping, the soft close works without creaking noisily and I would definitely recommend this company for replacement seats.

This toilet seat is exactly what I needed to replace the old one that had been scratched by the bathroom installers. It’s ideal except for the fact that the screws and screw attachment piece do not secure the seat fully, the screws just keep turning and turning. Once I used the screws and screw attachment piece from my old seat it all secured perfectly and in no time at all. The product is lovely, my only recommendation with this product would be to keep your old fixings and you won’t have a problem.

we purchased this and the quality is ok but the pads ars to close to the inner side of the rim so only barely touch the rim so it slips down

Very straight forward to install

The toilet seat relies on two, small hinges made of brittle plastic. These attach the seat to the toilet and act as the soft-close mechanism. Every time the lid is lifted, or the seat sat on, pressure is put on these hinges.After a month, one of these hinges snapped. I now need a new seat.*Update: vendor offered a full refund.*
