The fan is pretty good. No compalinrs.

Good build quality for the price.
The fan seems to have pretty good power and moves quite a bit of air for its size. It stays running while charging except the fan slows down when plugged in. To turn the light on you need to hold the on button for 5 seconds. Something i had to look up in the user manual to figure out. Seems to be built good for the price.
