I've taken melatonin often in the past, buy this is my first time trying gummies. The dosing really depends on your size, so I end up taking three of these before bed. I have to say that they have helped me get to sleep easier and stay asleep most of the night. That's a pretty big thing for someone with a history of insomnia.As for the gummies themselves, they're about the texture of a fruit slice candy without the sugar dusting. So they're easy to chew without having to gnaw at rubber. The taste is decent enough. It's a pretty generic berry flavor, but it's good. I'd say these are a good option to try if you know that melatonin helps you relax. More pricey than sublingual, but they taste way better.

I’ve been taking melatonin for years and this DEFINITELY works but almost a little too well. I’ve learned that 3mg is the sweet spot for myself so 6 was a little too much at first - I woke up a bit groggy. I’ve been taking half now and the 3mg is perfect!I look forward to taking them too because the mixed berry gives a candy-like taste. Great product!

This 6 mg dose melatonin gummy tastes very good, and it works as well and maybe better than my usual melatonin which is 5 mg and dissolvable. I fell asleep fast and easily once it kicked in; it kicks in by around 20 minutes at most. There is a light dusting of powder in the outside to keep these gummies from sticking together like some others do, which is really nice. I would recommend it to others.

I like how these Health Dose brand melatonin gummies chew. They are not overly chewy or hard, but nether do they dissolv weirdly in my mouth. I can just take one, chew it briefly and be done, not a pain like some other gummies I've had. The flavor is good, and the affects are real for me, it certainly helps me fall asleep and stay asleep. And because a serving size is just one gummy, it will last for a considerable amount of time! Great value for the price. Have not noticed any ill affects from taking them. Would recommend.

This works wonders to help you get to sleep. One thing that people do not understand is melatonin doesn’t help keep you asleep but it helps you get to that sleeping point quickly. I popped one the delicious gummies in my mouth, head to bed, and I am out in just minutes. I wake up with no ill effects or grogginess either. This is great supplement especially if you have a lot of stress/anxiety and having issues getting to sleep. With over 90 in this bottle for this price it is a great deal that will last me for three months!

typically we use 10mg gummies. These are a nice option for a lighter dose or double up for a little extra deep sleep.

As far as melatonin goes, they definitely work. As far as the melatonin itself goes, cant complain at all. We have never had gummy melatonin before though, and we thought it was a lot better. The flavor of them is really good. They didn't stick to our teeth at all either. I wouldn't personally call them "extra strength," but for some they may be. If the price is right, these are great!
