Light weight and heavy durability
I ordered this safe box as a way for me and my fiancé to start saving money. It has been the best decision I have made this far. The safe box comes with a fireproof pouch as well as two emergency keys to unlock the box without the pin. Setting the pin was easy as it comes with instructions. The light comes on when you open the door making it easy to see at night time. Definitely go ahead and purchase, there’s nothing to think about! Very good quality for the money I spent on it.

Neat little safe!
I bought this to keep some things out of reach of my children. It was super easy to set up. Fits on my high reaching shelf. My husband and I each have a key for it on our keychains. It even has a little light inside so it's easier to see in the dark. Very happy with this purchase.

A perfect little safe for a small apartment
I gave this to my daughter as a Christmas gift. She wanted a small little safe to put her passport, extra money, additional keys and important paperwork and she said it was a perfect fit for her small little apartment. The installation was extremely easy and she loves that it fits all of the items that she wanted to put in it, so she was happy with my purchase/gift

Safe box is actually perfect. Only thing I dislike about it. It was too small couldn’t really keep no personal items just passport, money, and jewelry

Not a fire safe
Okay this safe is just a metal box with a combination.... It does have a fireproof money bag. Which does not make it a fire safe nor does it make it fireproof. A simple metal box painted....Changing the combination really easy.Again, not a fire safe of any kind.

No key, no instructions, no support.
Very disappointed with the safe, no keys, safe locked, no back up instructions, email help line useless, cannot find a parcel pick up place to return the item!!!!! I am mouse trapped with a useless safe!!! Neil WhiteNow I have to pay myself to return a useless item and try for the return refund. So So much hassle.
