Very impressed
Installed in my Mac Pro late 2013 without a hitch and copied my bootable backup drive to it,some 350gigs, in about 20mins. I am a little concerned that there is no obvious heatsink other than the back looks like there may be something stuck to it but I will buy one if it proves necessary, however at the moment the computer is running no hotter than usual, even after copying the 350gigs, so at the moment I am very happy even though the speed is around 1500 not the 3500 mentioned in the description, it is still nearly twice the speed of the original.I can’t comment on reliability as yet, I will update this review if it fails at anytime.

So far so good
I bought this for use in an old Mac Pro 6,1 to upgrade the storage from 512Gb to 2Tb, fitting was quick (make sure it is fully in the slot so the screw lines up) and it runs cool (44 degrees centigrade under load) and it's speedy considering the Mac Pro is limiting the speed, not the drive itself. About 300Mb/s faster than the original Apple drive.

Great improvement over original ssd
Upgrade old ssd in Mac pro,a little bit of tinkering to get set up(followed online guide)has made a big improvement in speed, previously 350mbits read/write with Apple fitted ssd.Only one issue is there is not a heatsink fitted so i removed from old ssd and fitted.

Usually An Excellent Product But Didn't Work For Me
The company describes this hard drive as compatible and capable of replacing Apple branded hard drives.I have bought several SSD drives from this company with no issues but in this case, the SSD simply didn't live up to it's expectation.I tried several 'install' methods, none of which worked.The Apple laptop simply would not recognise the SSD to be able to format and use it.I may be the exception but thankfully Amazons return policy saved me wasting my money by getting a refund.

Easy to fit. Some really good tutorials on YouTube to help installation. Recognised by MacBook straight away. Now have tons of space. Love it.Buy it!

Does not work with macbook pro 2015, title is miss leading. Just it says for macbook the price is higher than other same company ssd.
