Really stunning cookbook with easy to follow, simple, tasty coastal Italian recipes and beautiful photography. Took me back to my honeymoon on the Amalfi coast. I was given this book and thought I would never cook from it . But I haven’t put it down, there are lots of recipes that are really easy and also unusual . The pictures are lovely and the writing style is very user friendly . A Beautiful book which is a real addition to the kitchen . Great gift too .

This is a beautiful book but also a really useful one. Like the author’s first cookbook, A House Party in Tuscany, the recipes are really achievable but delicious and impressive. They don’t require any weird or hard to find ingredients and they feel authentic and not contrived. I have been using this book a lot since I bought it and I have not been disappointed. Highly recommended.

I bought this after seeing the reviews. It is such a beautiful book! Tonight I made the baked cod with capers tomatoes lemon and olives, really simple to cook and totally delicious. I cannot wait to try the other recipes!

Just outstanding. I already bought the first cookbook by Amber Guinness (highly recommended) and was delighted. So when I heard she would publish a second one I pre-ordered immediately and was not disappointed. Amber`s recipes are doable for anyone who loves cooking, cookbooks and has a flair for Mediterranean cooking. What makes the difference. Her recipes are for real. She does cook them at her painting school on a regular basis and thus this is no fancy cookbook that is full of delightful photos of meals but it is the real thing. You follow the recipe and you will succeed. Such cookbooks are rare to find these days...
