Great tasting and crunchy Panko breadcrumbs!
I bought these to use in pan frying thin chicken breasts and they are gereat! They add lots of flavor and a nice crunch. By the way, you don't have to go through all the nonsense of using flour and eggs just to get tbe breadcrumbs to stick. I just fill a small bowl with these breadcrumbs and then dip tbe breasts in them and that works fine. I always toss the extra breadcrumbs into the pan as a kind of crunchy sidedish. Yummy!

Works good with meatloaf
I usually buy this stuff at the supermarket, but now I'm seeing that I can just buy this stuff from Amazon Prime and have it here in a couple of days. I like meatloaf, and it needs quite a bit of bread crumbs, because I add a lot of other liquids like mushroom soup and eggs, and without breadcrumbs, it turns out liquified, almost like a spaghetti sauce. On previous cooking days I tried toasting my old loaves of bread to make bread crumbs, however, I only got barely more than one cup of bread crumbs from all of that work, an entire loaf of bread toasted in the oven. The price of these canned bread crumbs is really low and worth it for this kind of Cuisinart.
