Items are well made, real marble, worth the money . I would recommend that you purchase extra strikers strips. You might get about 6 matches out of one strip.

These match holders are lovely. They are solid stone (nice weight) and a nice add to decor. I no longer have to hide the ugly matchbox next to my calendars. You can use your regular wood match sticks but the taller 3" or so would look very nice. I would buy as a gift or more for myself.

The marble looks very nice beside my candles and holds 4” matches. I wish it was a tad bigger but looks good.

The set comes well protected encased in foam so no worries about possible damage or chipping which I was happy to see. Love the weight of these as I was holding them. They are heavy and combined with the 3 silicone spots on the bottom you'll feel safe that they aren't easily tipped over and your matches spilling all over and have to play 52 card errr make that match stick pick up.I wasn't sure if I'd like the striker being a strip that is in fact only a sticker. I thought it would make the holders look kind of cheap to be completely honest. After putting it on it really doesn't detract from the beauty of the marble that much I decided. I keep looking at it and am still debating it a little though. The plus is it's effortless lighting matches on which did please me. I literally had to only barely strick it across the surface to get them to light.I'm left wondering after repeated use how long each sticker lasts. Especially after say you run out having used all 8 strips. Then what do you do? Suppose a person could find a creative solution but I haven't really searched yet for one.The pic I attached shows matches in the one holder. They are in fact LARGE kitchen matches no lie. I think they look small and lost in how tall the holders are for my taste. Usable but it just doesn't look "right" to me. As it is I'm probably going to search out longer stick matches at some point. I like the holders quite well the style is simple but gives a touch of class to something ordinary like matches. I think they would look really great on a mantel over the fireplace. For me my main purpose will be to have close to where I normally light candles in my home.

These match holders are so classy! They come well packages and could easily be purchased as a gift. I like that it comes with 2 color options to fit any style. They are heavy marble and look really high quality. They come with plenty of extra strike strips but unsure if I'll be able to find more when needed. I don't love how the strips look on the piece however, it really draws away from the classy marble look. When these strips are used up I may try placing it on the bottom and hoping that it isn't too difficult to strike. I do with it came with one set of matches also with the correct hight so that I had a good idea of which ones to purchase. I choose some black tip matches that look great in the holder but were slightly too tall. Overall these are a great purchase.

I am one who lights a lot of candles so I need to have either matches or a lighter handy but never wanted to leave either just laying around my house. I LOVE these marble match holders and can't get over how high quality they are! They are super thick and durable, nice heavy weight and very well made. I really like that the strike paper is replaceable and very easy to remove if you need to put on a fresh one. When I first ordered this set of two I intended to give one to my sister but after getting them in the two different colors I decided I would keep both and use them in different areas of the house!

These are solid, heavy marble little pots. They are very well made and pretty. They come with lots of match strips that are not yet attached, so you can put them where you want, or leave them off and use the marble pots to hold something else. I am very happy with these and have no complaints whatsoever.
