Easy to assemble
I bought this because I workout a lot and miss the one we use to have at my Gym. I was super surprised at how hot it gets. I didn’t think it would compare to what I was use to but it is wonderful. First of all it was easy to assemble and fits perfectly in my basement. I start it at 9 power and after it has heated I have to turn it to 6 to be able to sit longer than 30 minutes. It comes with its own small chair has plenty of room inside so I don’t feel cramped. I like that the zipper goes all the way down and it also has a remote to use for the timer and heat seating. I have had mine since August and use it 3 times per week and have had no issues at. This is well work the price for the results I have received so far.

Great personal suana with the awkwardness
I would have never thought something so simple would work out as well as it did. It's very easy to put together and use with a simple design and plenty of room to move around. And it's portable! No need to leave the house if you want to go to the suana. With this, you can go in your own home without the social awkwardness!I can't speak much for the steam generator's durability since I just got it, but so far so good. The chair included was also a nice little bonus too. The tent does a good job at holding the steam and haven't noticed any leakage.I have used this thing a couple of times now, and I'm noticing that it's been really great for clearing up my sinuses, so it seems like it great for that too.

Steam sauna baller on a budget
Been using steam saunas for the better part of 20 years. Im a realist so here's the thing; If you're looking for a spa experience to post for likes take your soy milk latte somewhere else. However, if youre a health nut, gym rat or looking to reap the myriad of deeply scientific health benefits from prolonged intentional heat exposure in your bedroom that's very convenient, you're in the right spot. This unit is basically everything you need and nothing you don't. It works, and if you're in there longer than 15 minutes with the steam generator on high you're gonna feel it. I come out feeling like what I would imagine being chased by a jaguar in the amazon would feel like...in august...in the rain....in a snowmobile suit.Ive had it about 2 weeks and used it about 10 times...here are the key points regarding the unit.1) I did a ton of research trying to find out how hot it gets. Based on recent studies, max benefits come from 45ish minutes/week at 176-212 degrees F. I put a thermometer in there when I first got it and it got around 100 degrees but I need to do this again, wasn't in there long enough and I should probably start identifying as one because thermometers don't feel, therefore humidity is a moot point. Steam rooms don't get as hot as dry saunas but they don't need to. Problem with steam rooms and your body's interpretation of heat is heat index. Based on the NWS heat index, 90 degrees at 45% relative humidity FEELS like 137 degrees F. Also, the heat index is not linear and it stops at 137. Theoretical calculations of 140 degrees F with 100% relative humidity would feel like 632 degrees....I dont think I need to explain why that's not accurate. However, I think to get the benefits similar to the exposure of a dry sauna for 20 minutes at 200 degrees, I would think your body only needs to interpret or feel like its in 200 degree heat because after 20 minutes it sure as hell feels like it. However im not a scientist, tho id like to speak with one about it. Bottom line regarding heat; Set it on high, wait till its full of steam, get in and sit there for 20 minutes...magically you won't care about the temp anymore, aside from how long you have left to get out of it.2) Im a muscular 6' and currently 200lbs. I fit fine with plenty of headroom. As it heats up it sorta "caves" in ever so slightly on the sides so if your chair isn't perfectly centered your arm MIGHT touch the side. A normal consequence of the steam...dont worry, you will too. If you think this will bother you, think of it as your weighted blanket inside your safe space, then get out and send it back to amazon because you will inevitably fail to suck it up in future sessions and wind up Karen-ing this thing in the reviews trying to use it aS a SpA dAy. Then do a TikTok of you punching yourself in the face and go back to being useless.3) The chair. The chair is small but works. The only way its uncomfortable, besides the obvious total experience in the way I like to use it which is basically punishing myself, is if you spread your legs enough to where your hamstrings rest on the legs but its not bad, get over it. If you want a bigger chair go buy one or repeat the steps listed in point #2.4) The steam generator. Use filtered water if it's readily available. Distilled water would be ideal to avoid deposits but it's not practical, nor is it a big deal. Pro tip; Only fill the steam generator half way up, it heats up WAY faster and will last at least 30 minutes which is much longer than your pansy a$$will be in there. I have personally found the diffuser to actually be a hinderance to the steam for as hot as I would like to get it in there. My experience has been worse, which is to say better, by leaving the diffuser off and just letting the steam exit the tube with no restrictions. It heats up faster and stays hotter in there. The diffuser condenses the steam before the bulk of it gets to your body. Do this at your own risk tho, if you didn't know, steam is hot and it will burn you with a fiery vengeance before the devil gets the news. If you run it on a lower setting or would like to use oils or herbs then use the diffuser...it might not matter anyway, I'm just a pro at splitting hairs.5) The housing. Everything is fine. The window is nice to have so you can see if you're about to be murdered while sitting helplessly naked in a chair torturing yourself...or more realistically, to see how much time is left on the steam generator...if you're as sadomasochistic as I am, or to crack it for some fresh air just before you black out from a stroke...its a good time. It would be nice if the whole door had the same wire framing as the rest of it so it wasn't so floppy but that's a minor complaint...it is what it is. The floor is indeed waterproof, no issues there so far. Avoid sliding the chair in there, especially when you're sitting in it. The floor is thin and will eventually tear. Set it and forget it...like that one infomercial where the guy got beat half to death by a hooker and went to jail....maybe that was the shamwow guy...nevermind. You can hear pretty well through it. A cell phone next to it with music or a podcast is plenty loud. I also set it on carpet, not only does it insulate the floor better to keep the heat in but also your feet won't freeze, especially if you left some water in the bottom from the day before...which brings me to my final point, the aftermath...5) WATER. If you're in long enough with it on high there will be as much water on the floor as you dumped in your steam generator....I'll give you a few moments to ponder why that is after you tap into the 5th grade science folder in the back of your brain that's slowly being squeezed out of your skull by the crushing weight of useless information and social media......got it? k....youll have to clean it. awwwww, I know. why is life so hard? You have a couple options. Towel it up if it's a lot, leave it if it isn't and let it air dry with or without a fan. Whichever route you choose, know this. If you sweat in there and you let it go, it'll stink. Think gym stink. DO NOT use household cleaners. Use isopropyl and just spray it right after you get the bulk of the water out and the housing is still warm. Other chemicals will soak into the material and you won't want to sit in it the next time you use it and it heats up. My girlfriend inadvertently made me learn that the hard way.Bottom line, buy it. Totally worth it whether you want to kill everything in and on your body, or you just want to throw some herbs in the diffuser and chill in there on low to hydrate your skin and hair or eyeballs...or somethin. Plus you get the comfort of sitting completely naked and disgusting in your own filth and home and then hopping right in the shower for some intentional unbearably cold water exposure sending your testicles or ovaries straight to the roof of your mouth. It's awesome being healthy.
