Looks well made, connects to smartphone quickly, and the signal is stable. Conveniently attached to clothing, not to skin. However does not perform well in detecting slouching - if you lean sideways it is detected as slouching, if you just stoop - not necessarily

There were no directions making initial use very difficult.

This product is a lot smaller than I expected it to be. It’s easy to start up. The app is easy to set up. Overall a good product.
