Just a "heads up", it's just a natural finish, I gave mine a good sanding down, and a few coats of shellac, (varnish), after cutting it to a perfect length... (full instructions included,) It's now absolutely perfect, and should last me till I can't walk at all,, and then can be passed on, to someone who can make use of it, !!Great value for money, and highly recommended,,ps, I prefer to finish it myself, rather than having one that's not to my liking,,, if you want one, that's "ready to go" then maybe think Aluminium, ?? But that's not for me,, this is now a thing of natural beauty,, !!I'll be proud to be seen, hobbling about, like an old fossil, using my new best friend,,, lol...

This is a very good walking Stick. I'm happy with the purchase. It's light to carry and manoeuvre. This is achieved since its relatively thin compared to some I have seen. However, this does not mean its not strong. It is strong and able to support an adult weight with ease. Best to purchase the longest then if needed cut to size. It came with a Rubber Ferrule and you can purchase more if you wish (under £6 for 4).

I bought this stick specifically for its light weight. I have a stick all the time and sometimes feel it becomes really heavy and end up with a sore arm, hand and shoulder. However this stick is very light weight and much, much more comfortable for longer periods. The description suggests not for those over 70kg and I would agree and add that if you put a lot of weight on your stick go for a sturdier one. I am 65kg and use the stick for walks and only use it to steady myself and put medium weight on it. However I love the lightness of it. I did give it two coats of varnish as I’m often out in the rain so that’s worth considering too.

It sticks really well. to the floor in particular. Can I please have the magic word to persuade it to get up and walk. I have tried please, pretty please even Abracadabra ! both with and without the exclamation mark.I am at my wit's end.

i bought two of these walking sticks , they were very long so had to cut down to compliment my height, would accommodate a very tall person, very sturdy , nice quality , very smooth, big rubber stoppers on the end you can remove if you persevere,in order to cut down if neccessary, feels safe when walking, last a lifetime i should imagine , very good value , very pleased

Not bad for the money a bit ruff on the finish
