Protector comes in 2 parts that snap onto the each half of the laptop.Not many choices to fit the surface studio and it’s a little difficult because of the flip around screen. I don’t think this cover accommodates that functionality and you’d have to remove the cover on the screen side to allow for the flip. It does allow for a tilted screen. The cover is a thick plastic so it snaps on for easy application and would be easy to snap off if you want to use the flip over screen function.What I really like is that they have added little pullout legs (like on keyboards) for more comfy typing.Seems like it will do the job protecting the corners and surface from scratches and bumps. But let’s be honest, the surface studio is beautiful but a bit of a beast and it likely isn’t going to be doing much traveling. In any case, the cover does its job so no complaints. And I like the vibrant green color.

I'm very disappointed in the fact that this is not only one of the few cases, but that it doesn't allow you to use half of the function of the 2-in-1 laptop. AND the case doesn't let you use the charger that comes with the computer because the part the connects to the computer goes too close to the charging port no matter the position.

It's hard to find a real case for the Microsoft surface studio 2 laptop. After a ton of searching I settled on purchasing this one and I'm happy with it. I was a little confused with the application of the case at first, but after I got it on I've had no issues. The other reviewers stating that it does not lay flat is correct, but for me that was a bonus because I often want my screen supported at an angle that it doesn't usually stay at by itself. The case is also in two pieces so if you need to use tablet mode then you can just pop the case off the screen and pop it back on later. My only disappointment is that the hinge is white and not the same color as the case.

It good for cover when it in the original laptop mode but when you switch to tablet and the stand mode it doesn’t do the good job. As the picture you can see there a gap at the top when using stand and tablet mode the screen rolling down, plus it can’t lay flat at the tablet mode see the picture. So bad that I need to return

This is one of the few laptop cases that is suitable for this device. It does a good job at covering the bottom and the top of the laptop, but it doesn't allow you to use the laptop in the "tablet" function. Glad that it keeps my device protected, but if you're looking for something to protect your device and use the tablet function in one go, this isn't the case for you.

Cannot use in tablet mode with case on.

The media could not be loaded. Ich habe versehentlich zuerst für das falsche Modell bestellt und war total enttäuscht, als es nicht passte. Da erst habe ich meinen Fehler bemerkt und mir die passende Hülle gekauft. Die Anbringung war mehr als simpel und es passt perfekt. Die Studio position ist leider nicht möglich (zumindest habe ich es nicht hinbekommen) aber in dem fall kann man die Displayhülle kurz abnehmen. Ich bin auf jeden fall froh, dass mein Laptops geschützt ist, denn der war echt teuer. Klare Kaufempfehlung meinerseits. Habe einige Bilder und ein Video hinterlassen, damit ihr euch auch einen Eindruck verschaffen könnt. Einzig der Preis, ist etwas zu hoch, aber leider gibt es keine anderen alternativen. LG Mona

For this price I had high expectations.Unfortunately, fitment is poor, unclear which is upper and lower, and when changed into half open stand, the back comes off.. ideal since there's no way to turn it into a tablet with the back cover on but I expected alot more..

When I ordered this cover there were no other reviews. I can reiterate what others have said and you cannot use the surface studio 2 in tablet mode with this cover which is very disappointing to say the least.
