PhilosFolding Tournament Go Set - with glass stones and plastic bowls

A reasonably cheap Go set which is perfectly serviceable for playing the game, but don't expect much in the way of quality. The board is fine, with sturdy hinges that allow portability, but the stones are of the lowest standard. Each of the glass beads is a slightly different size, with very few being as large as I would hope a Go stone would be, and all are flat on one side, round on the other. This makes them more difficult to pick up and place (good luck trying to reliably place them with your middle fingers as you would with a higher quality stone), but worse is the way they look on the board, with lots of space between connected stones. The plastic bowls the stones come in are also the cheapest of the cheap.If you are just getting into Go or will not use the set frequently, it's fine, but I could not recommend this to anyone who will use this a lot or wants a quality product.
