This is a supplement I wasn't familiar with before getting. So researching what it is and does and it's astounding!!This product is made in the USA.It's a 2 month supply at 2 capsules a day.For best results it says to take for 3 months.

So I was interested in taking this supplement to focus on optimizing pure resveratrol, as knotweed is supposed to be more efficient than other sources, like red grapes. The bottle label mentions "tick wellness support," and ticks are not a concern for me, but they might be for others.Each capsule contains 400 mg of organic polygonum cuspidatum root (aka Japanese knotweed), which is a rich source of resveratrol. The manufacturer cites a serving size of 2 capsules per day (I take only one), and there are 120 capsules in the bottle. There's no particular odor nor aftertaste, which is great. I've taken it without issue.This is an herb I want to take on a daily basis, and this product seems like an excellent source for it. Taken over time, the price seems reasonable, as well.

In my search for other sources of resveratrol other than red wine I discovered Japanese Knotweed (Polygonum Cuspidatum) which is a very good rich source of resveratrol. This supplement contains 800mg (400mg per capsule) which is good enough for my needs. I read that taking one 500 mg capsule twice daily is beneficial for anti-aging and skincare so this should be close enough. There are a host of benefits from resveratrol but this one is marketed for Tick Wellness. My wife and I first started taking it for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits but all the better if it protects us against Tick born micro-organisms too. It's organic, made in the USA, GMP certified, and 3rd party tested. These are all signs of a good quality supplement but the price is a little higher than some other options out there.
