Original remote buttons don’t have a click to their buttons. I prefer to have that feel to know button was pressed. Original never felt right. Eventually the power button stopped working. So far I like this one better.

Kids will inevitably lose or break a remote. This works perfectly

This remote control was purchased to replace the Samsung remote that came with the Samsung 75” tv that was very recently purchased. The remote was a problem from the start. It worked only sporadically. Many times it would trigger miscellaneous functions by just picking it up. It is very flimsy in construction and it flexes causing volume and channel changes. It is not sealed from moisture as it soaked up damaging water from a sweating beverage drink.This replacement is already exhibiting similar symptoms so I don’t recommend this or any Samsung product.

One of my dogs chewed up the original remote for our Samsung Frame TV. I ordered this one as a replacement because I really like that it can be recharged instead needing to have batteries on hand for it. The remote seems to be working fine. It didn't need to be paired. It definitely feels a bit cheaper than the original. It's very light whereas the original remote had a bit of weight making it feel sturdier. So far it has been working perfectly though.

The first one I ordered had a goofy channel up and down button and would only work on and off. You could tell something was stiff when we got it. I asked for a replacement. They sent it and it works PERFECTLY! I could tell immediately it was not stiff like the first one. I am very happy with this remote, it works like my original that I got with my Smart TV. Thank you!

Our puppy decided remote controls were tasty. Our sound bar remote took the brunt of it and has not functioned well since. This is a solid replacement remote for our Polk sound bar. It synced to our equipment easily and works as well as the original remote!
