I would definitely recommend this as it gives much needed safety with easy installation and operation..Been using since i purchase and happy to install without any confusion and operation integrated with alexa and works well with accuracy on fingerprint scanning and operating.

I really like this door handle. I did get the key fobs to work, just the code and the thumb print. You have to make sure you put your thumb on it just right or it won't open. The directions are not very helpful but other then that it is a great handle.

I had a sudden, urgent need for a locking doorknob, and since I'm somewhat in this business (installing such things), I thought I'd spring for a higher-priced "smart knob" (hehehehehe). Installation was perfectly straightforward just like installing any plain doorknob.The thumb reader is as fast and reliable as it needs to be for up to any user, except for someone being chased by a tiger. I've tried the other methods to verify that they work, and they work. The ONLY thing this doesn't do that you _might_ think it would is allow fully remote unlocks (i.e., you can unlock the door yourself from your phone from anywhere); to do so, you need an additional hub-- no idea the cost.Thankfully, also, the app this one comes with (TTLock) seems to be pretty popular for lots of locks, so it makes it a bit easier to buy other (security) stuff when you're already using it.The lock is very sturdy, and if someone tried to kick or shoulder the door, this doorknob is definitely not where it would fail.

Not very easy to install individually. Need a 2nd set of hands. DOES NOT WORK IN MINNESOTA COLD. We have installed in our garage. The batteries do not withstand the cold and the lock does not unlock with even the keys if the batteries do not work. Very disappointing. Worked great this fall. There is no tech support available for this issue.

Install and setup was fairly straight forward. Love the fingerprint scanner.

I love the idea of the fingerprint, key and touchpad opening. It’s pretty simple to lock as well. You just press and hold the lock button for two seconds. My issue is that sometimes it will lock then beep a few times and unlock about 5 to 10 seconds later. At that point, you have already walked away and may be in your car and had no idea that the door unlocked by itself. It does this from the inside and outside and is very frustrating and completely against the point of the whole thing. It is also irritatingly loud and beeps way too much. Design is nice and install is not too bad.
