Easy to apply to sofas and really works in stopping them from sliding.
Replaced 6 feet pads on the bottom of metal legs on a sofa with ease and very noticeable that when jumping\falling onto the sofa, it no longer moves along the laminate floor.DIY Doctor - 16 pcs 50 mm Rubber Feet for Furniture - Non Slip Furniture Pads Chair FloorArrives in a zip lock style bag that allows storing the unused pads for later use which is a handy thing to have. The pads all had the sticky face applied and all can be seen\felt that they are all working. The floor face of the pad has tiny raised dot\pyramid shapes that provide the traction on the floor surface.Applying these to a sofa is really easy as it just requires removing the backing paper from the sticker surface, aligning to the foot of the sofa and then applying. Once all the pads are on the sofa as needed, it is instantly noticeable that the sofa no longer slides on a laminate floor. Even with no-one sitting on the sofa, it remains in place and with only a required force to actually make the sofa move with a squeak. In normal use of a sofa with falling and sitting down, it will remain in place on a laminate floor with ease. Has meant a reduction in slides into the wall or backwards towards the heater. Also when sat on, there is no sideways or lateral movement of the sofa. It also feels as though its not creating a noise on the floor as the pads seem to take the shock of movement away from reaching the floor.Overall, if needing a sofa or furniture to stay put when in a room during normal use, then these pads are ideal.

Easy to use and do the job.
I cut these to size to use on a heavy rocking chair. I used a pair of scissors and they're quite easy to cut to whatever size you like. Once you have the right size you simply peel off the sticker and attach the pad to your furniture. My rocking chair now doesn't slide all over the floor - it is secure in its place. However when I tried to move it to a different location it was more difficult to move, it squeaked and was hard to drag it around on laminate floor. Therefore, these pads are best used on furniture that will not moved a lot - on a dining chair for example, it wouldn't be good as they're frequently used so this would not be the appropriate product for this.

Good protectors
So fed up of the furniture being scuffed on my wooden floor I ordered these to help reduce the marks and the noise. These come in a resealable plastic pack so if you're not using them all they're easy to store. They are approx 5cm x 5cm making them a very practical shape. You simply peel off the backing paper and then apply the protector to the furniture. The stickiness is just right - it sticks onto the furniture well and, despite me moving it around a bit, it's remained in place. This is a rubber-effect which has little ridges in it which mean that when you move the furniture it is harder to do which protects the floor from scratches and also from noise and the furniture moving too quickly - we have a very shiny floor and my children were forever moving their chairs back and they'd move too quickly across the floor, almost skidding. With these rubber protectors in place, you can still move your furniture around but it grips the floor a bit, making it more solid and the rubber also protects the floor from any rough edges on your furniture which could cause it to scratch the floor. The reduce noise is also great too - no more big scraping sounds as chairs are pushed under the table. The paper on the back can be a little tricky to peel away and they did take a while to arrive, but aside from that, all is great!
